Out of 193 countries in the world, the countries that ban gambling are not up to 10. If you check the terms of service of most casinos, you will see how small these countries are in number. Visiting a physical casino in my country is a luxury and I rarely go there unless to have a good time with my friends. I think the last time I was there was last year and it was just for a fun time with my friends who wanted to burn off steam. And I tell you that I loved every bit of it. We played slot games which is what the majority of us were interested in and we didn't want any other thing too serious. We took turns playing slots. It was a night filled with laughter and teasing whatever dumb thing men do when they get together. What I loved about it was that I can't even remember if I won or lost, what I know was that I was satisfied with the experience and we all focused more on having a good time part than on the gambling part.

I have only been to a land-based casino once in my life and played slots with friends, these were my first games and then I did not understand anything at all and did not win anything. I can't remember exactly how long it was already and I guess that getting old will give you preference of not being adventurous anymore and stop going to physical casinos. Within my city and state particularly the area I based is of more gambling shops only few hotel do have casino house, I think place Arcania do have casino but to mention it's always crowded due to lack of space. One barely have space, instead is local gambling shops which is mostly common over here that is where we mostly bet. I do not have much passion for physical casinos especially in my country due to the perception of many people about gambling. However, I do envy my friends in the US due to how popular physical casinos are in the place and the varieties that they have. I have never had the opportunity to go to a fancy (or even legal) physical casino. I went to a land based casino only once, and it was a clandestine one, so nothing interesting about it at all... It was like a hidden storage room. There was a narrow passage with the slot machines on the wall, and narrow stairs leading to an upper level which wasn't accessible to the customers. There were many people playing there, especially elders and although the place was shady, the employees treated the customers sympathetically.

Unfortunatelly that is the only kind of place you can attend to if you want to gamble in physical shops where I live, because gambling is forbidden here for some reason, although sports betting and online casinos in general are allowed to offer their services and even sponsor national soccer clubs in large scale.

The truth is that you must be quite wealthy to attend to a decent casino where you will have an entertaining and positive experience. Probably to travel to a touristic place like Las Vegas and Macau or to a cruise ship are the best alternatives.

I have not planned a trip to a physical casinos before but there are few casinos I do find around my place that are not very known to others that's why it's such that cannot be visited often or necessarily gaining too many attention, I have wanted to visit some bigger casino some day but then I'm yet to recognize on that won't cost me so much to travel to but if I find any close around which I'm sure I can visit I wouldn't mind, even las Vegas I think is one very big and known one that i would want to visit but that will be  when i have the resources in the nearest future.

Unfortunately in my country, Brazil, casinos are still prohibited... we are moving towards a more permissive scenario with the release of betting on sports games, but I believe it will still take a long time for physical casinos to be allowed to operate.

However, I've been to the casinos in Argentina a few times... it's nothing "excellent", after all, the City Center Iguazú is far from being the biggest casino in the world, but it's enough to provide a few hours of entertainment.

While planning a casino trip, this is primarily influenced by the conditions at the venue, the kind of games, and several other factors like restaurants or entertainment. While Las Vegas is, without a doubt, a primary favorite due to the enormous amount and variety of attractions and options available, destinations such as Monte Carlo and Macau are very unique and amazing places. I do not plan on gambling at the top casinos due to its cost. Now I wish to go physically to casinos with big screens for live games. I have been to different casinos several times. And these were completely different types of establishments. Starting from huge capital casinos with incredible signs, to small casinos in provincial cities, which are difficult to see. And the only thing that distinguishes them from ordinary small premises is a small illuminated sign.
And the differences are huge. In the first type of casino, I saw many beautiful women who were looking for lucky guys with money, but in the small casinos everything was poor, untidy and in general there was a rather tense atmosphere. And even some danger.

Yes, especially when Covid hit, where as you said, it is likely that people will put restrictions on the activities they have, even many mandatory activities that we have that we ultimately have to cancel and of course that is one of the reasons why gamblers prefer to switch their gambling habits to online casinos.
