Hey everyone, did anyone noticed cryptomus now have an android app? It's nice that they added the android support but can anyone try to login and see if works properly? Because I am unable to do so, having some issues. I installed it but the login isn't working. Even after filling the right information the login button remains gray (not clickable, I guess) for some reasons. Tried pressing it many times but it doesn't work. Maybe it's a glitch/bug or maybe because I'm using a custom ROM and root it's messing up. Can anyone check?

I was able to figure out the cause of this problem, but it's still weird. The password was indeed correct, but the combination I used was kind of messy. Furthermore, with the correct password, I can log in to the web version but not the Android version. I guess I'll have to change the password to a less messy one to make it work, but I don't want to freeze my funds at this moment, because resetting the password will freeze them for a day or two.

That's also what I have noticed. It seems that by typing the password incorrectly or with some certain number of characters, it will remain greyed out.

I experienced the Bitcoin trading today I have two notes:
First: The price must be written manually and this is not good because the trader may sometimes make mistakes in writing the price, in other exchanges the price is written automatically by simply pressing the mouse on the price in the orders.
It would be better to modify this instead of the trader to write the price manually after implementing each order.

Second: There is no automatic refresh of the page, as the order was executed but the page remained without updating as you can see in the picture. The price exceeded the order price and despite that the page was not updated or notified of the order being executed. After manually refreshing the page, I found that the order was actually executed but without notification.



It is better to refresh the page automatically every few seconds and set an notification when the order is executed.

That's a quick response from them. Despite that we're not having some replies from them due to the forum issues, they are looking at this thread every now and then to solve the addressed issues from their community. Well done to cryptomus team. More volumes to come.

As far as I know, Cryptomus already has an application for Android, which was released in October 2024. Meanwhile, the iOS version was released earlier, in January 2024. Unfortunately, the application is unavailable for specific countries, including my country (Indonesia).

I also did a trade a few days ago. And everything went smooth. It's really good to know that they are watching in the background, paying attention to users feedbacks!

I haven't checked their roadmap, but I recently got a notification from their platform that they released the Android version of cryptomus. That's how I got to know it. If they had a release before I would have known unless it was a country based release.

As far as I remember, some finance-related applications cannot be used on rooted smartphones for security reasons.

My root feature is deep hidden within the kernel. The app won't be able to detect that easily.

Anyway the login issue was solved. I used a password that didn't contained any "lower case" alphabet. That's why the app wasn't accepting it, but for some unknown reason the web version works despite everything having in upper case.

I saw in the Last Trades menu (especially on BTC/USDT) that the trading volume on Cryptomus was quite large. However, for Pairs, some of the existing coins are still limited to USDT. Maybe in the future, more varied options can be added, such as BTC/ETH or others.

Speaking of their trading platform I have made few trades there and I don't have to worry anymore to move my funds to make some trades they are adding more tokens day by day, I think they should release their audit of reserves too if they have not already for the longevity, with more user friendly interface like animations, etc.

Is the authentication mode the same as with the web login?

Honestly bro I find it more comfortable with the Wallet software to be installed on PC or Web logins Only as for the smartphone we use social media and other applications and I don't find it advisable for anyone to install Wallet software in an unhealthy environment (As I do use some APK and mode apps too haha so it's not safe at all).

If the authentication is the same as web-based it will be fine.

Yes, the authentication works the same with the web base. I reckon what you have said about having accounts on exchanges and wallets in phones, it shouldn't be done with modded phones. We'll never know who gets to track the phone through that mod and that's why just a reminder to those who uses cryptomus and other financial apps, don't install it on modded apps/apks to avoid troubles.

The chart we are seeing is a TradingView chart; if you look at the bottom left, there is a trading view logo, and if you hover your cursor over it, it will say chart by TradingView. From day one, I take it as a trading view chart, but still don't know why it doesn't show this information. Upon Googling, I don't know but maybe it's with the plan they have of TradingView, maybe with a paid plan we can come to see the other information too (not sure).

You are right, the chart we are seeing is a TradingView chart I just checked it, I didn't notice the TradingView logo at the bottom of the page maybe because my zoom ratio is high.

Anyway I clicked on the logo and it actually opened the TradingView website, so I don't know why all the tools are not showing up, maybe they will be added later because the platform is still in its infancy and they have a lot of work to add more tools and improvements.

Yeah maybe, let's wait for updates, till then we can do our basic analysis on trading view directly as we used to do.

I noticed it long ago but did not tested it due to many reasons, I prefer to use web applications over apks because this way it is more safe and my device would not be vulnerable to many problems I before used to download every apk and use it even the moded as Hamza2424 said but since I stepped into crypto I don't use them because I know how dangerous they can be. BTW thanks for mentioning this again as there are some who can really use app over web, it can be more easy and friendly to use the app.

Hmm, Honestly I used to test some of the Android applications and projects I'm working on so as know I'm the author there's nothing fishy in the code, also I never recommend anyone to install any useless application whether it's gaming or any other on the smart phone you are using your financial apps and your OTP's.

A few days ago, I made a transaction and used the spot trading feature on Cryptomus, but when I wanted to complete the transaction, a Server error notification appeared. A few hours later, I tried again, but this time, using a smartphone browser, the server error notification still appeared. This time, I tried to continue with the possibility of transactions will fail. But in reality, the transaction was successful.

Actually I did some trading and didn't get any error, I traded Bitcoin and TRX pair the trades were successful and I didn't get any error.

Also I noticed that there are good updates on the site, I had complained before that the price had to be manually entered, now this problem has been solved and you can enter the price by simply pressing the orders in the order book.

Thanks Cryptomus, this is great I see that they are working hard on developing the platform and avoiding all the comments.

I was doubtful previously because the server error notification appeared. However, I still tried to continue the transaction and transferred trading results to another wallet.

Our business had been using Cryptomus for months and was very happy. KYC issues came up and we submitted the requested documents but it seems the US is no longer supported. Fair enough, I have no issues with KYC and companies not wanting to deal with US banking laws. However the inability to transfer out the crypto being held at Cryptomus is a major red flag. I have been asking support and rep for over a week to allow me to withdraw the crypto or have them send out the crypto to the addresses I provided. Still waiting and getting worried.

I have read something about Heleket being involved in some way with Cryptomus so alarm bells are ringing. Anyone else having an issue?
