Please anyone let me know if you are willing to sell a small amount of ETH. I can pay by bank transfer, wise.

That's bad for privacy Sad
If you can pay by crypto, I can think of several different ways to exchange this. Even a centralized exchange would work, although the withdrawal fee might be too high. In that case you could go through another low-fee altcoin).

Understood. The problem is that a lot of sellers have a high minimum order. Or at least relatively high when compared to what I’m trying to get.

You don't need a lot of sellers, you only need one. Kraken for instance (and to my surprise) has a minimum Ethereum withdrawal of 0.000108 Eth with 0.00009 fee.

I still wonder why most exchanges are still rigid with very high Ethereum Withdrawal fees. The network transaction or gas fees have been quite down for some good time, right now. Some of these exchanges are just being too exploitative, IMO. It's not like Ethereum has UTXOs like the Bitcoin network  Angry

Guess they have to keep pushing their EVM like chains regardless.

They don't want customers to withdraw, and if they do, they want to earn from it. Not your keys, not your coins.
