• On the home and order pages, When the user puts in quantities of token that does not reach the minimum to be swapped, Instead of having Unavailable at the token to receive, its better it remains 0, so the user doesn't think such swap services are not provided by the company
  
• On the Go to telegram action button, highlighting the button on hover would help the user know it is click ready, the pointer is not enough since not all users have sharp vision to see the pointer effect.
  
• The top Navigation should have an indication of the current page of focus, so the user can literally know where he/she is at, and not feel lost in the website, the user page Navigation has this feature and its cool, the top nav too should have it.

To start with... The telegram bot linked on the navigation bar of the site is in Russian language the same on the images attached. If the project is aiming on the worldwide users it's better to change it to international language, the English.








Upon inputting the receiving address (from copy-pasting somewhere) the "Receiving address" turns to color red without giving exact details of the error, upon checking the browser's developer tab it shows "Invalid address for specified network" note that this is the correct address. Upon double checking it shows that there's a space in the end of the address, so i need to delete it first before "Exchange" button becomes clickable.
As for UX side, this should be solved by having the trim() function in the (js in client side) also, add specific message error to avoid confusion for the address textbox either dismissible alert box or just text in red beside the "Receiving address"


Another UX problem in smaller resolutions like mobile... After accessing the hamburger menu for navigation bar, once you click the "Commissions", "FAQ", and "Contacts", the URL change the page change as well, but the "menu overlay" should be automatically close after clicking the navlinks. Well, it only works if you click the "X" button as well.

As for the exchange process, it was smooth, didn't faced any problem, i used USDT (TON) and DOGE for faster confirmation and cheaper tx fees. One thing only i observed is the exchange might be using Binance API based on the transaction id (me sending to their deposit address) this is also means that Binance might demand or ask KYC info from thechangeltd users if i'm correct.
I see that you don't have restricted countries but Binance has, so what will you do if Binance require you and the user from those banned country transacting your platform. I could only think a disaster since it will not be solve so easily.

Firstly starting with the responsiveness of the pages, it nice however you have to work on the russian language issue. When you boot a page It loads up in russian language at first before changing to English the issue is more noticed when you make. Use of a slow internet connection. In addition  my browser displays that the page was translated. Fixing this will make the loading page more smooth especially for English- only readers.

Secondly your image previews are made only in Russia including your telegram bot which doesn't have a menu button.  You should consider adding a menu button to the telegram bot since as of the time of me writing this, the bot does nothing but redirect you back to the website.
If possible , integrate the bot to be able to be linked to a users the change account with special verification details. With the bot the user could get notifications about actions on his account as well as transaction notifications.


As you can see above all image previews on the bot are in Russian. Also, you should look into your feedback on network fee.s just like it displays on the bot above, a dummy fee of 2BTC repeats for any exchange initiated. Also reducing processing time as much as you can would be nice as everyone loves a fast transaction.

I have used thechange.ltd to do several swaps and have not found any significant issues. The website is really nice and modern looking. There were a few grammar issues earlier on but they usually get fixed. Some Russian text still needs to be translated in the Telegram bot and the screenshots on the english version of the website.

The trading experience is really fast and smooth. They advertise having 250 currencies available but there are some currencies that are not always available for trading. Monero is one of those currencies that will show as being unavailable regardless of the amount or coin you want to exchange for. Each trade takes about 2–3 minutes to complete once your deposit has been confirmed.

When depositing you only have a 2 hour limit to send your funds and the address they give you will be a Binance address that has previously received deposits. The funds you receive will also come directly from Binance. Knowing this, users should not try to deposit coins that might get them flagged by Binance.

Using exchanges like Binance as a source of liquidity creates some ambiguity in their AML policy but I hope they can become less reliant on them over time.

1. There's No Scrollbar
I tried this platform on PC, so it annoyed me a little because I had to use page up - page down or use the scroll wheel (maybe this is a problem on my side only), but wouldn't it be better if we had a scroll bar? does anyone agree?

2. BEP2 Tokens Receiving Unavailable
IDK whether this is an error or not, but when we act as sender, we can do it. But not if we act as recipient. Can you guys explain this, or is this really an error?

In comparison to a main competitor I usually rely on to do crypto-to-crypto, I found that the min amount in The Change is usually larger: for example, when I try to swap USDC from Matic (Polygon) to BTC or ETH (ERC20), which I consider that are not so unusual operations, it says that the minimum amount is 50-60 USDC, while in the competitor it is only 6 USDC. In fact, I wanted to test the exchange with 20 USDC, but I couldn't. (If you consider that my review is not complete without performing an actual exchange, let me know and I will do it).

Perhaps these are not the kind of operations in your target (not interested in the long tail?), but for little everyday operations The Change Ltd is not the service I would use, simply because they are not even possible.

In fact, even when the numbers dodn't add up because you consider that a few large operations eclipse any number of small ones, if I have to make a large exchange I will usually use a service that I already know because I used it several times before for my everyday swaps, instead of venturing to use a new one.

For a new company on my radar I like what I see so far, user interface works as expected smooth and flawless , tried website both on PC and mobile and it looks well optimised based on my experience. And something commendable about how Change is built is that it's a non-custodial exchange which means security 🔐 is above average and less likelyhood of getting hacked, and makes the need of Proof of Reserves irrelevant though some kind of customer insurance would be appreciated.

Overview
From images shared on website on how to use the platform, English being the most used language around the internet it would be appreciated if Change.ltd changed the Russian text on images used on the "how does it work" page  to English to communicate to a much bigger audience and give it a neutral vibe.


Also not that this is a big deal, but thought contact email was to be housed on your domain just to enhance security for your clients and yourself and generally give it a professional touch.

Something I found in your FAQ

Given the volatility of cryptocurrencies, the exchange rate may change during the course of the exchange. This means that the amount received may differ from the amount displayed when the order is placed. This difference can be either positive or negative and is not determined by The Change, but by market movements. We try to find the most favourable exchange route by choosing the best available exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

I think if it's not too much work for the Dev's I would be happy to have a fixed and floating price option for clients to avoid feeling like they were cheated when making the transaction, and integrating such a feature would create trust and keep users coming to the platform for any exchanges as uncertainty is cancelled out.

Exchange enhanced Measures: I like the small touch added of preventing sending coins to a non existent wallet address or unsupported Blockchain by the red hilight and greyed exchange button, though some kind of warning to users could be appreciated to let them know what's happening  


Transparent Fees: I must say, exchange fees based on assets chosen are very competitive and transparently put out before exchange starts which is a plus as you know exactly what to expect when you receive coins in your wallet.

They have one of the worst mobile websites but they lack a simple understanding that the next big thing is a mobile website. I am sure no one here would have discussed this problem and I think this is a big issue as per my understanding.
[1] Click on the hamburger menu and you will be surprised that after you click on the link in the menu on the mobile device you need to wait. After waiting a user will still not be able to access the the content.
[2] As soon if anyone wants to view the information he/she will be getting a screen that will only show the menu item.
[3] I would be not interested in a situation where it shows nothing while accessing the exchange on the mobile device. [suggestion] It would be great if the team initiated a new page rather than the set page.

Languages:



Having only English, Russian and Ukrainian languages available is very limiting. Consider translating your website into more languages. You can find the list of languages by number of native speakers here. Looking at the numbers, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and Hindi are a must:



With AI you can get really good translations nowadays for free, with a very low error rate. If you want something more professional for your exchange processor, consider hiring native translators for MTPE (Machine Translation Post-Editing) or directly translate the website's content. MY Change.ltd REVIEW

For a new company on my radar I like what I see so far, user interface works as expected smooth and flawless , tried website both on PC and mobile and it looks well optimised based on my experience. And something commendable about how Change is built is that it's a non-custodial exchange which means security 🔐 is above average and less likelyhood of getting hacked, and makes the need of Proof of Reserves irrelevant though some kind of customer insurance would be appreciated.

Overview
From images shared on website on how to use the platform, English being the most used language around the internet it would be appreciated if Change.ltd changed the Russian text on images used on the "how does it work" page  to English to communicate to a much bigger audience and give it a neutral vibe.


Also not that this is a big deal, but thought contact email was to be housed on your domain just to enhance security for your clients and yourself and generally give it a professional touch.

Something I found in your FAQ

Given the volatility of cryptocurrencies, the exchange rate may change during the course of the exchange. This means that the amount received may differ from the amount displayed when the order is placed. This difference can be either positive or negative and is not determined by The Change, but by market movements. We try to find the most favourable exchange route by choosing the best available exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

I think if it's not too much work for the Dev's I would be happy to have a fixed and floating price option for clients to avoid feeling like they were cheated when making the transaction, and integrating such a feature would create trust and keep users coming to the platform for any exchanges as uncertainty is cancelled out.

Exchange Experience 💱

Exchange enhanced Measures: I like the small touch added of preventing sending coins to a non existent wallet address or unsupported Blockchain by the red hilight and greyed exchange button, though some kind of warning to users could be appreciated to let them know what's happening  


Transparent Fees: I must say, exchange fees based on assets chosen are very competitive and transparently put out before exchange starts which is a plus as you know exactly what to expect when you receive coins in your wallet.
