The graphics are quite alright and well designed to suit the virtuals for the website. I could access the website through my Android phone, and I must commend the developers for their work in keeping up with standards while developing the website. I used Chrome browser to see how it functions from my end.

At first, I had to do a thorough search through the website for observations and  there were lots of them but some have been pointed out by some members but for some, I will list them out here;


I created an account which was successful and had to check the security settings to see if I could enhance my profile/dashboard security but it seems the account security is weak and porous, no 2fa, no email verification to at least send a verification code before accessing one's dashboard. This option is very vital for the safety of one's account so that it doesn't get hacked and used for other activities unknown to the owner of the account. A notification function should also be enabled for quick and prompt alerts.

While going through your Service policy,  I noticed you have no list of restricted countries which I think is possibly open to all but if in the case of an incidence a KYC is conducted and it happens to be an individual from a country, not crypto-friendly what would be the resolve since you have no list of restricted countries which ought to have served as guide for prospective users. I will suggest this aspect be looked into to prevent unforeseen circumstances in the near future.

Also, in your terms and conditions of service in updating members of the policy change, I will suggest you update members of developments as it regards your changes because not every registered user has the patience to check the policy before using the services but if they receive a message or notification of change of policy, they could be able to know what is required without missing out or making any mistake that could cost them their funds. Nevertheless, I would suggest you work on the withdrawal limit as it is on the high side. Withdrawal limit is a major key factor for users to access an exchange before using it. Besides this is a global platform and should be able to accommodate average transactions for the middle class if you would want the traffic you desire for your exchange.

I carried out a transaction on The Change LTD platform and I must say that the transaction scaled smoothly without any delay within few minutes of initiating transaction.
I actually did a BTC to  TRON exchange  and did not encountered any challenge or delay in the payment process. It was fast and the fee is minimal.

I noticed that at the beginning of initiating the transaction, my expected Tron was to be 288 but after concluding the transaction it was 290 and it was clearly stated in the service policy below. Although I did not screenshot it but I noticed the figures before I initiated the transaction.

Yes I have read through your policy and I understand that the time interval which you stated to fix up problems if any occurs is 72 hours. I was just making an honest opinion if it would be looked into. You can see at the end of my post, I stated that I will update my post pending till I am done with my review of the exchange and I am currently on it making a transaction to see how the process scales through.

#Exchange

Honestly, I am amazed by the options you guys provide. I started with BTC to USDT and Change LTD supports a massive number of 16 Chains just USDT. I don't think anyone expects to support that many supported chains for a single currency. Going forward, I also liked the idea of having the ability to pick a coin by searching the name of a coin.

I started an order with BTC and USDT pair.
I played around with some different chains to check the fees and it seems reasonable. I picked Matic chain for USDT which seems the cheapest one available on the Change LTD. The fee was 0.1 USDT only and there are no additional fees even though the service is supposed to take 0.85% fees. Even though the order page says it will take 11 to 15 minutes, My order took only six to seven minutes. I exchange 0.001 BTC for USDT and Google was showing I should receive 59 USDT, But I received 58.93 USDT which is too reasonable. The order ID ends with p6B6

* Even though users can start an exchange without signing up (I have checked that without signing up), there should be a sign-up button on the homepage. There is no sign-up button on the homepage. A user must click on Sign in first and then go to the registration page by clicking Create account. I suggest implementing a Sign-Up button on the right side of the Sign-In button. The registration page is so simple. A username, Email, and password are enough to create an account.

* Account security is a must especially when you are allowing API Orders. You should Implement 2FA for users as soon as possible. It is too easy to get the account details compromised. You have to care about users' account security and we cannot think of having an exchange account without 2FA.

Getting in the exchange I had a positive impression on the fact that the website is not utilizing any very aggressive javascript.

Here's the page as viewed through uBlock Origin:


There's histats and yandex.ru being blocked but the site functions fine even with these blocked. So running the web front on code that isn't looking to spy on users is a benefit from the getgo.


Another benefit I can see is that the website has very low fees.
For instance if I used a fully verified account on an exchange I could get 0.5% fees or 0.2% at best.
With The Change Ltd I can get lower fees than Coinbase.

I put in the website's widget to trade 1 BTC to check this:


First image is on The Change second is market rates on CoinMarketCap. So based on these rates the fee rate appears to be around 0.25%. This is a very cheap exchange rate for a large trade actually. If you were to put a market order on an exchange with fees of even 0.2% the actual rate you'd get would likely be below 0.25% too.



So this is a very big advantage of the service actually.

Another advantage I see is that there's very large maximums. For USDT I was trying to put in it said 6000186 USDT max. For BTC 93.51 BTC

One problem I spotted was that when I pressed the "exchange button" nothing happened for a while.
The website actually loaded after 5 seconds, but there was no indication that it was working to load the page as it all happened in the background through some JS I assume.

A feature I could suggest is if a user requests to receive funds on a EVM enabled address, there could be a safety measure so as funds are received to an address only after having signed a message to it. This could prevent clipboard spoofing scams.

Also something I'm wondering, since after you press trade there's a 2 hour period in which you're allowed to send funds, what happens if the funds arrive afterwards due to network congestion? Maybe the site could ask gor a return address for those occasions because sometimes users could also be depositing from an exchange where they don't have the possibility to receive funds from the address that also sends the funds.
Also, if the exchange rate improves it would be nice if the service could provide the more favorable rate to the user live.

Another disadvantage I noticed while trading was that the minimum for trades was quite high. This means that use of the exchange isn't the most convenient when looking to swap small balances. For instance I wanted to swap USDP and the minimum was over 50 USDP on the BEP20 chain, which is quite the inconvenience to be honest. I personally wouldn't mind paying a flat fee to be able to enter smaller trades for when I need it.

While trading I also noticed the address the site gave me to send funds had previously been used. Address reuse isn't ideal as it can be identified that you're sending funds to a service. But at least it can't be linked as a personal address to you.

I would also recommend for future use the website develop a TOR and/or I2P webfront for those in territories where internet access might be censored.

This is the first time I used an exchange like this, maybe a little bit surprised the website appearance is not the same as a conventional exchange. but after I further explored, it's quite easy to use and maybe more simple that I used conventional exchange.

To change to a dark mode theme that look easy, we don't need to go to the setting because the button has appeared in the head of the website.

but, I still found a bug when I wanted to delete my address. It does not appear as the main language I set (English) but uses Russian. I just thought it was the delete button (because a word is a red color)

My experience use exchange

Here the process:

1. I want to try to exchange my 0.0022 BTC to Doge. It seems like exchange fee is 0 and the process time is between 11-15 minutes.



2. I have to process sending my bitcoin from my electrum wallet. time remaining is 2 hours, so I have much time to back to home and send it. But, when I look on receive address, it can't be clicked so I don't know if the address is correct or not, it's just appears the dots.. but it's ok, maybe this bug they fix it soon.



3. I got a confirmed Bitcoin network and the change process performs exchange BTC to doge.



4. After a minutes, the process was complete, I just wait the doge received into my wallet.



5. I just look at my profile and appears the process transaction was complete.



6. I admit the process transaction is fast, the doge was confirmed and received into my wallet in accordance with the change.

In comparison to a main competitor I usually rely on to do crypto-to-crypto, I found that the min amount in The Change is usually larger: for example, when I try to swap USDC from Matic (Polygon) to BTC or ETH (ERC20), which I consider that are not so unusual operations, it says that the minimum amount is 50-60 USDC, while in the competitor it is only 6 USDC. In fact, I wanted to test the exchange with 20 USDC, but I couldn't. (If you consider that my review is not complete without performing an actual exchange, let me know and I will do it).

For the most common pair, Min amount for BTC to ETH is almost 0.0006, while in the competitor roughly 0.0001. Perhaps these are not the kind of operations in your target (not interested in the long tail?), but for little everyday operations The Change Ltd is not the service I would use, simply because they are not even possible.

In fact, even when the numbers dodn't add up because you consider that a few large operations eclipse any number of small ones, if I have to make a large exchange I will usually use a service that I already know because I used it several times before for my everyday swaps, instead of venturing to use a new one.

I try to exchange my btc into trx without register account. on my page show me to tick agree the term and service then exchange it. On this situation I have wait a few second to got to next page, this look a bit slow, maybe because I use the VPN.

Preamble:
I made this review, without reading the previous reviews of others, in order to produce a unique review. So, you have to understand incase there's a lil repetition of what others already discovered.
I also do not intend to bug you with alot of screenshots, I only provided where necessary to explain my points. I'll use the highlights format to make the review.

Summary of Overall Experience
I approached The change Ltd with the idea of Exchange in mind. This made me spend some minutes searching for the deposit button. This also made me panic when I discovered that the only means of withdrawal is USDT. But when I started using the platform, I understood that The Change LTD is not an exchange but something more than an exchange (maybe an Exchanger). I created an account with a laptop but ended up exchanging with a mobile phone without login in. (I don't know if The Change doesn't support loggin in more than one device). I had to logout on PC to enable login on phone but to no avail.
After exchanging, I had no option than to put up a smile. I was so much certified.

The UI/UX:
Nice design with mature colour combinations. Easy page flow, having the dark mode default is so certifying.

• Social media contacts icons:

The social media icons at the footer should be able show the names of the sites when hovered. I would want to know the site I'm heading to before exiting the change site. For instance, there are 3 logos that have the BTC icon inside. It is confusing. Besides, Bitcointalk is better represented with only the BTC logo and not the icon given it in your site. BTT is the mother of all the other platforms given BTC logo, so it deserves better.

• The live cryptocurrency price display needs to link where a full TA analysis can be done. I would like to read the chart on your platform and not going elsewhere for analysis. If you don't want to incorporate it, just give us price update only without the chart preview.

• Our Advantages card should link to somewhere, where the 3 advantages should be explained very well. I clicked those 3 cards repeatedly, thinking they'll direct me somewhere.

• On the Exchanger page, value was used instead of a placeholder. I understand the advantages of using value over a placeholder. But due to live fetching of the values, error is always thrown up when inputting values or switching chains. I think, more could be done here.

• On How does it work?

Some texts and buttons are still showing Russia language while on English.

The flow on desktop is more seamless than mobile. I think mobile first responsiveness should be a priority during design.

On a scale of 10, I'll give The Change Ltd 7, even when they have not implemented the changes from reviews. After they might have implemented them, they'll surely score 10. I like their innovation. I try to exchange my btc into trx without register account. on my page show me to tick agree the term and service then exchange it. On this situation I have wait a few second to got to next page, this look a bit slow, maybe because I use the VPN.

In my opinion, graphs on the site are not needed - this is unnecessary information that overloads the client's brain, distracting him from exchanging cryptocurrencies.

II. Cryptocurrency Exchange

1. So, I started the exchange process on the Change LTD service. I need to exchange bitcoins for litecoins. Initially, I am offered to exchange bitcoins for ethereum tokens. And here (immediately) it is necessary to note the huge competitive advantage of the Change LTD service compared to competitors! You can exchange a small amount of cryptocurrency. This is a big plus. Many exchangers do not want to exchange a small amount of cryptocurrency. And this greed of some exchangers causes great inconvenience to customers. Change LTD - you are great! However, I do not need ethereum tokens, I want to get litecoin ...




2. I would like such a popular and liquid cryptocurrency as LTC to be one of the first in the drop-down menu. Unfortunately, this is not the case. To make an exchange, I had to enter the name of this cryptocurrency manually. There is nothing wrong with this, however, in my opinion, Litecoin should be placed in the drop-down menu.



3. I proceeded to exchange 0.001 BTC for LTC. The order processing time is stated as 11 - 15 minutes. In my case, the exchange took even less time. TheChange Ltd - well done! The interface of the exchange window is minimalist, everything is intuitive. I really liked it!



4.As far as I understand, 2 hours are given to make the exchange. At the same time, it is not very clear what will happen to the funds of the client who sends his cryptocurrency within these two hours, but it is not credited to the company's address during this time (this is theoretically possible during the period of high commissions). I found the answer in the rules, but nevertheless, the client will most likely want to receive additional confirmation that in any case everything will be fine with his funds. The phrase "Don't worry" is quite appropriate here. The client will be calmer, more confident and loyal.
Also, in my opinion, there is not enough built-in chat so that you can quickly ask the operator (platform representative) a question.



5.Everything is very fast. I also want to note the laconic and original design. I really liked the little rocket with the dollar sign. It's very stylish! Such attention to detail deserves all kinds of praise.



6. Here is the finish! I liked the process of exchanging one cryptocurrency for another. Everything was very fast, convenient and cheap.

I liked that The Change Ltd service allows you to quickly and cheaply make an exchange without special account registration. I adhere to the principle - the simpler, the better. At the same time, registering an account also does not cause any difficulties. When entering the service, I would like to receive information about the exchange directions faster (I consider graphs and information about current cryptocurrency rates to be unnecessary information). I also miss a built-in chat with a live person - an operator. In my opinion, the service lacks interactivity. Remove all unnecessary things and add communication with the user - this is (in my opinion) the path to success.
