You might have to wait for way more than that. Probably at least for 2 weeks for a response.
The response was written above. Am I invisible here ?  Cheesy

Any chance you found the keys for that old BTC address ? 1Njf7sfLpUibFj3kGVc74fhHPrXzfrjf1G

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say no, he can't. All proof he's offered so far only goes back to 2021.

Looks like this account belonged to at least 2 other people before it made its way to OP.

If this account is given to OP, there's always a chance that the original owner could come back & claim it (however unlikely).

I don't know the exact policies that Cryptios employs when it comes to this kind of thing, but I know OP is not the original owner of the account: 3-year posting gap, switch in writing style & subjects, applying for bounties & campaigns for the first time, plus lack of a signature from 1Njf7...

I agree here. The only address that could prove the original ownership of the account is not under the OP's control. Even though it was the address to which he (the original account owner) received payments for the services he offered.

I am ready to go further back. I couldn’t find that BTC address control. As you can see, I was inactive, and the BTC address was also inactive. I thought it was normal to be inactive for a while due to personal issues.

Nobody is going to ask because nobody has access to that wallet. If I don’t get support for recovering my account, it will remain inactive for lifetime. Recovery may not be possible if you guys don’t show support.

Not that its up to me, but I'm certain the account wasn't created by you. You should just stick to managing one account, it will make things less confusing going forward.

Because your current posting style & behavior completely contrasts the pre-2019 style; not to mention the 3 year posting gap & your lack of ability to prove you had the account before 2019.

Seems illogical for me, Maybe I should start selling Netflix and other digital products to regain my posting style. I don't understand why you can't agree with me. As for me, that's it. I can't verify my ownership with my old Bitcoin address because I think I lost the key to that account, which had a zero balance.

I also want to mention and request @Rizzrack to provide a resolution. I have sent multiple pieces of evidence via email. Please let me know if you find them valid and if I can still recover my account.

It's not just a matter of agreeing with you, you're still unable to provide the most reliable evidence. The suspicion that you are the person who created that account has existed since before.
Look at the case of WWZSOCKI https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5507226.0 where the user submitted more concrete evidence of account ownership and that case is getting closer to a final resolution.
You have to understand the side of the moderators and why they are careful, imagine what kind of confusion would arise if everyone got an account where it is enough to open an appeal thread and send a few screenshots.

I got you. However, my first wallet is lost and cannot be recovered, so I can't provide that as evidence. I do have all other necessary evidence, though. I’ve also verified my signature from the old BTC address that was used the second time, and I've provided some additional evidence as well. That's all I can do.

The difference between WWZSOCKI and me is that he still has access to his email, while I lost mine due to inactivity. According to GMX's terms, they delete accounts if they notice 6 months of inactivity.

I don't understand why you can't agree with me.

Because you're not the creator of this account, that's why. If you were, you would have come up with any kind of evidence that you owned the account prior to 2019.

You said you were trying to recover the account since January, but it looks like the "hack" took place in June 2023... The new owner has made 53 pages of posts since then. Why did you wait so long before opening a thread about it?

4. 1Njf7sfLpUibFj3kGVc74fhHPrXzfrjf1G (I am searching for the key to this wallet on my old devices, as this wallet is very old)

If you were the original owner, you'd also have known that this is an exchange deposit address, so you won't have the private key for it.

According to GMX terms, it seems that the account is deleted only after 1 year of inactivity. A period of inactivity of 6 months can only cause the deletion of saved messages and files. Or I interpreted something wrong

Quote
The customer must retrieve incoming emails received via the Internet at appropriate intervals and must store them on their own device(s). GMX is entitled to delete the messages saved in the customer’s account and other files after a period of 6 months of inactivity (no login via web browser or email program) without warning. After a period of 1 year of inactivity, GMX shall also be entitled to release the customer’s GMX email addresses ("aliases") and make them available to other customers.

There is a certain user who also lost their email address but once they tried to prove ownership of some addresses they had used back in the day, he managed to recover his account. In fact this happened no so long ago, so recovering the account is not impossible as you think.

All you need is to prove that you are still in control of the Bitcoin address used in the earlier years.

How about you follow what they have suggested and provide more concrete evidence like the one made by the forum member on the link that examplens provided. If I were you, I'd also try to prove the ownership of the email address if you did put a correct email address on the account when it was created then you might have a chance to prove the ownership. Your signed message may be an evidence but it's the second wallet address and not the first which it may also served as an evidence that it may have been given to you.

If you were the original owner, you'd also have known that this is an exchange deposit address, so you won't have the private key for it.
It seems kinda fishy if op were the original owner then he would know about it but as you have exposed it is that he is looking for the private key.

This story can show everyone a clear example of how someone who decides to illegally appropriate someone else's account will sooner or later be caught by some random situation, and the owner of someone else's account will have to justify himself and lie for a long time, posing as the real owner of the account. It's quite an ugly situation, and you, OP, need to come to terms with it and admit that you can't prove anything. Your tag was there long before the event when you claim to have lost your email, and the person who left it for you is rarely wrong.
