I am surprised to see my account is active when I am trying to recover it from January. Unfortunately, I never imagine I got hacked, That's why not checked account activists. I use GMX mail, and they deleted my email address for not logging in within 6 months. I tried to recover it by contacting the support team, but they declined and said they had deleted all data. Maybe my account was hacked from my computer or by some other way.

The hacker deleted all (POA) with my wallet address, but I've collected some strong proof to prove my ownership.

Previously, I participated in signature campaigns:  
1. 100xCoin (Spreadsheet)  
2. Moobet.io (Spreadsheet)

The hacker deleted the POA, but the spreadsheets still show my wallet address, and there are transactions for my signature campaign payments.

nutildah has suspicions about the potential for the account change hands of another user. I can read his feedback in the profile of the account you refer to, but he tagged it almost a year ago. But I didn't find any reference about that feedback, maybe only nutildah knows.

If nothing has changed, only acceppted proof of ownership is signed message from Bitcoin address. After all, we're on Bitcoin forum. If you had posted Bitcoin address somewhere and you're able to sign a message from it, that's only way to recover account.

According to the ninjastic November 2023 is the first date when was this address posted. If you don't own this address then the hacker already made money from the signature campaign.
Weird the hackers know about the signature campaign so meaning someone here on the forum hacked this account for the signature campaign.


If you can provide more than one address posted before 2024 and give a signed message you can recover this account but if you can only provide one ETH address I don't think they can help you(Not only accounts can be hacked but also wallet.).

Did you make any attempt to post on the forum about losing the account? I still don't understand what you thought happened to the account, getting your email address deleted does not mean you lose access to your account as long as you still have the password. If you know the email address, did your password stop working and when?

If you know the secret question of the account you can get it locked to reduce damages till you regain access.

From what I see on your profile,
Your account was active today, made a couple of 2 liner posts and even got to apply for a campaign. I’m essences, these aren’t you and is the work of some hacker, trying to leverage on all you’ve built, reputation, rank and otherwise.

That would be really terrible. Good a thing even without having to officially stake an address with the forum, you have wallets available to use in making some hard evidence and claims to what is.
Do good to contact the recovery team with haste before more damage is done to your original handle.

Bitcoin address is the best but PGP key can be used too. Ethereum address is not recommended in the forum guide on account recovery.

I'm guessing his password was reset along with the email address. Thus, the account is no longer associated with the original credential the OP has. This account was probably hacked and sold when the OP was inactive and is now being taken advantage from someone who's incompetent to create their own account and meet the necessary requirements for ranking up.

The OP should be cleared provided that he's able to sign a message from the addresses still found on the spreadsheets of the campaigns he participated years ago, as he's claiming that he still has access to. That should be enough evidence. Good luck!

Well good luck in recovering your account a d this is the reason why taking extra security steps such as signing a messages on the forum and always having an active email is very important and the forum admin always warn for that that you have to make an active email hard it been your email is active, there could have been chances that you get notified when your password or email on the account was changed.

The account  have an old tag on it, which means if you log in last in on January and the tag on the account is since 2023, and the case for the tag is suspected change of hand, that can lead us to other questions such as.

Was the account sold or bought sometimes ago, since the tag indicates an account change of hand?

Anyways, if you are able to sign a message from an old bitcoin address used on the account the team could help in recovering your account after verifications.

I have advised him to sign messages from bitcoin that he once posted on this forum, so that can definitely help him recover the account. Signing the message with an ETH address might help, but I tend to recommend it with a bitcoin address.

By the way, would a bitcoin address once sent via PM can also help in this case?

ETH signed addresses are just as good. Might as well be NEM Coin ... but it's always nice if it is from a very old post. Not the first one after a 3 year post gap.

You might have to wait for way more than that. Probably at least for 2 weeks for a response. if your concerns are genuine, and you followed the right procedure, you will be helped. Signing a message from the earliest posted address is a big positive.
