Doing this will allow you to post some images and might  be a little more attractive to your audience. Give them a preview of what to expect ya know.

Sure you will get feedback, but you need to be willing to hire someone experienced to handle that area and/or to pay for a review campaign where users will use the website and come back with a detailed review of the general experience.

The current version is much simple but the odds system is still using the american/eu style which is not typical format here in the forum since most sportsbook here offer a decimal format which is very easy to understand.

Nevertheless just provide a better odds on other popular casino and you might have a chance to get some players here.

First of all, I do not like what I saw when I wanted to register. I saw that people can register to start to win. Make bettors know that betting is just for entertainment and not a means for earning money is better than deceitfulness.



You requested for phone number. Why not display just the phone numbers code of the countries that your supporting. You displayed nothing but just for people to input their phone number.

Another thing is that I was unable to sign it. While registering, no field to input username but you are requesting for it to sign in. If you input the email on some site, it would be recognized as a username but your site do not recognized the email as the username and nowhere to input username while registering.

Looking at this description that I posted, in my opinion it shows that they are talking about the same casino that OP is talking about. This casino has been operating since 2020, it does not have a license from Curacao, it seems that it has a license from Malta but they say that they are located in San Jose, Costa Rica. I do not know what the true information is, which is why I hope OP explains more about this casino in this thread. It is very strange that a casino has been operating for 4 years but has no reviews about it on casino.guro or trustpilot.

@OP Please make the ToS and other legal page available in public without the need to create an account so that user can check it first before they create an account. Besides, asking for full name and phone number is a deal breaker here since we often avoid KYC as much as possible.

The site only allows crypto for deposit and withdrawal. BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH and Trc.I don't follow the comment. Yes, the design needs a lot of work, but I need to go for some easy wins with the product. I still feel I'm missing a lot from the core audience.

Phone number: it's optional. I told a standard sign-up forum-you only need email. There is no required username, but I can add that. The TOS you should see on the bottom once you sign it, i can change to anyone able to see

I haven't created any accounts at this casino, but I can read the TOS and see the games they offer to bet on. That's why I don't understand why they're saying that you need to create an account in order to read the TOS. If it were necessary to create an account in order to read the TOS, I wouldn't create an account. That's because I don't like having too many casino accounts, knowing that I won't use many casinos. Also, according to the casino's TOS, in the part that talks about inactive accounts, they consider an account inactive after it has had no activity for 12 months. I haven't read what the punishment is, but I believe they have some kind of punishment. That's why if people want to create an account at the casino, it's better to think that they're creating an account to use at some point, but not to spend 12 months without using it.

2. Yes, we are under the Heritage umbrella, licensed in Curacao. I took over and am trying to prove the ethos of offering a fair product and true competitive odds. If I can prove this, the I will look to expand on it under its own setup. My main focus is just giving good odds and seeing if people like that

If they allow cryptos, then why the site doesn't mention it on their ToS?
