From free bet to 1.214 mBTC

I lost the second free bet immediately. The club that I chose won but I chose first half win and I lost it. It is simple as I can afford to lose the bet.



I was given another free bet which I used to bet on Chelsea versus Manchester City and Juventus versus Como 1907 and I won both. I wanted to withdraw the BTC but it was not yet up to 0.001 BTC which is the minimum withdrawal on Sportsbet. I had to go for one more match.

I was thinking to bet on Manchester City and also Sporting Lisbon, FC Porto and Benfica in Portuguese league but I was thinking not to go for parley but just one match and I went for Manchester City versus Ipswich first half win which was played today and I wan it.

I was just about to ask the same question if the Op means MBTC or BTC because all I see from the screenshot is that the bet where placed and calculated on mbtc and the total amount won which shows on the top of the screenshot show equivalent of the total Op Winnings, which it might be a typo error from the OPs side.

Edit: just as I thought, it was a typo error which the Op have corrected.

Massive Congratulations on your wins! I used to have fun with these free bets some two years ago but that's by the way. I played a bet earlier today with the hope of winning. Nothing too many, just 3-5 selections on the slip only for Man Utd to lose to Brighton in the first PL game of this weekend. I didn't expect Man Utd to lose a PL game this early but it is what it is. I already have some ideas for another bet slip to more.

Yeah just a typo error there, between congratulations ops i can understand your excitement winning free bet and being able to win those bets to accumulate such an amount, I remember the last time that I tried using free bets when I was still very active on stake, but I wasn't that lucky to win my bet but seeing that you were able to recover after the first losses makes your efforts worth it and very exciting regardless of the amount involved.

That's not bad at all, but I wouldn't say it's extraordinary either. If I understand correctly he had 3 free bets of 0.5mbtc each and he managed to win 1.214 mbtc from them. If it was real bets his balance would be 2.214mtc instead, that is to say almost 1.5 times (+50%) his initial bankroll of 1.5mbtc .That's nice but sometimes luck is just more generous than other times.

This is the one disadvantage of limitations, to me it would be better sportsbet reduce to 2$ as minimal withdrawal. Most times if I found site like this I hardly gamble over there because it's assume that if you win smaller amount you can withdraw them at same time could be tempted to gamble more on the process one could end up losing it to the site again.
This is why while betting one should also checked out the limits before depositing as most of the gambling site won't allow to withdraw if not reached the required wagering amount.

Whatever it is, a win is a win .... What makes you different from other set of gamblers is that you were never bothered about the fact that each of those games could cut, thus wagering with a bigger amount.
Free bets are usually the best moments where a gambler could simulate extraordinary options and games, all in a bid to recover them loses.

He received x3 free bet worth 0.5mbtc each which means he manage to gain less than double the amount of free bet but still a good win since it’s free. Free bet amount usually doesn’t count on the final profit which means he only get the amount that he won excluding the free bet amount.

That’s how sportsbet free bet works. He is lucky to get almost x1 of his free bet since I usually bet it on much lower odds to guaranteed profit which means I get few profit.

What I'm actually surprised about is that OP managed to keep his free bets for such a long time and wait for the matches he wanted to play, normally users throw their free bets way faster since, well, it's free money and they want to get the possible profits as early as possible. They could easily batch payments and do the withdrawals for pennies, it is more about the work involved than the actual fees nowadays.

Depends on how you count this:
-1.5 mbtc all your funds, 2.214 mBTC final balance you have 0.714 mBTC profit.
-free bets, 1.214  mBTC final balance, he has a full 1.214  mBTC profit.
It's actually better because he hasn't lost that 0.5 from his funds.

It would have all changed of course with the last bet result since it was from his own money now.

It is great that you have won and earned from a free bet and the amount is withdrawable, congratulations. You have made a good decision not to make a parlay bet though if win the winning amount could be more handsome than a single bet. But if win on any from a parley bet loss all so I usually do not prefer parley bet.

As I was going through the English Premier League thread, I saw some people that predicted that Manchester United might lose. That they have more confidence on Brighton. Manchester United first played with Fulham which was almost draw until Manchester United scored in 87th seconds. Away matches are not easy like home matches and Manchester United should be avoided in some matches like yesterday match was what I guess.

That Portuguese league was tempting but the odds was small. Those three clubs scored all their goals at first half and they won. But I do not really have confidence on Benfica especially if it is not a home match. Although, you are right not to go for parley is better as it can reduce the chance to win the bet.

That's the thing with free bets, you will never know. Some disagree that you can win those bets but we can, especially on sports betting as long as we get the right bet.
Considering that good win, I bet you are not going to cash it out yet. More promotions will happen in Sportsbet and you can use this amount to opt-in and maybe get another freebet in the process.
