I will not recommend any gambling site because either the gambling site do not allow VPN or do not mention VPN in their terms of service has been what that I have noticed. Even if VPN is allowed but the gambling site noticed someone is gambling from a restricted country or area, the person's account will be blocked. The person's identity document and maybe photo of a place in the street the person is can be demanded for. To avoid this, just use ISPN directly without VPN.

What’s the purpose of VPN? I doubt you can find one if you are playing from restricted country or doing some trick just to exploit the casino.

We don't ban VPNs using as long as it does not violate the rules. Multi-accounts and any other similar manipulations are prohibited.

And some other casinos allow using VPN, but if you violate the rules you will get banned and you can lose your balance. I have used VPN in several crypto casinos (Betfury, BC.Games, etc) but only because I couldn't play certain providers and their slots (mostly Pragmatic, as that provider was off-limit for me). I did not break the rules in any way, my country is not restricted, so I never had problems because I used VPN from time to time.

Luckily I can play Pragmatic now in a few casinos without using a VPN (even BetFury lifted that restriction for players from my country), so I didn't use a VPN for a while. Sincerely I can't remember when used vpn to access gambling site and if i noticed that such gambling doesn't support my locality and country i have no option just to quite using them because i understood the implication of using vpn and is risky using them. Freebitco.in allows VPN usage. They don't have live casino and sportsbook the way you see on real sportsbook websites but they have sports events listed on the website where you bet agains others, quite similar to sportsbook experience. We can see lots of people discourage OP to use this because they know the consequences if he try to use VPN in those casinos. If they claim to be a VPN friendly I guess there's should be no problem with using it, but if there's sudden change of rules then maybe this will create an issue for people who use it including OP.

So same goes with people saying not to use it I urge OP to follow people suggestion. In fact there are many members here who told us that they like to use VPN while they are gambling, I am one of them and Coin trader also tell us that he uses VPN when he plays at Livecasino.
As per my own experience, I used to use VPN when I played at Stake mostly before they have the mirror sites because most gambling sites are blocked by ISP in my country.
The fact that most casinos is not having written terms about VPN usage is a bit worrying indeed so what you suggest is correct that it is better to ask the support by chat or by email.
