I have personally witnessed the fact that people do not carefully read some important notes before opening an account. Why even do it if you already knew that it won't end well? When you least expected is when they will bounce on you, the only thing a online casino can accept is the use of VPN, I will prefer asking the team directly before using, but I don't anyways.
