Let's say someone wagers $50$. He will get the standard starting stack, but if someone wagers $100$, he will get double the starting stack. You can give it up to 5x the starting stack (250$ wager max); beyond that, it will not be practical.
It will incentivize players as well as DGbet, as you can count each 50$ wager as a separate entry which eventually means a bigger prize pool.

I know it is to avoid the tournement lasting too long... but I think the handling time too quick, when sometimes you want to raise or make a custom bet you it goes too fast and you go to fold. Also for example when there is only two users standing on the table to goes too quick... IMO

I guess it's been about 3 weeks since I last joined this poker tournament by dgbet.fun because the tournament timing is really inconvenient for me. Imagine playing at 2 AM for $5 freebet, which means you don't even know if you can convert the free bet into real money. Maybe if that freebet we can use in multiple pick maybe I'll make effort. lol Anyway...

Regarding Danny's post, I've experienced that many times as well. I think we need to add at least 5 seconds to avoid being forced to fold.

I think all kinds of suggestions are worth thinking about, but giving someone an edge because they have more money than someone else is not what MTTs are supposed to be for. That's a typical cash game thing where some people deliberately buy in with a certain number of BBs while others prefer the maximum stack at cash game tables. It is about preferences or the means someone has at their disposal for poker.

But in this type of tournament, maybe there can be a smart idea to adjust the rules slightly, but nobody should be able to buy in with 5 times the basic chip stack. Then they should rather have tiered tournaments and something like a monthly super premium table for people who wager say $5,000 a month or so.

No, this is completely wrong as I am a big friend of skin in the game and this is by the way the reason why I am a major supporter of Bitcoin and its POW mechanism.

Skin in the game is important, but when the game comes down to more money beating less money, then we can stop playing poker altogether. If someone has 5 times the chips of others and plays reasonably well, the chance for a skilled poker player with only 1 stack essentially narrows further and further down to pure luck.

However, if extra wagers are counted as extra participants and thereby increase the prize pool, then probabilities meet ITM considerations and it can make sense.
