SHUFFLE.COM SCAMMED me for ~ 15k TRX

Hi guys,
I would like to warn you against shuffle.com casino!

What happened:
I have been playing there sports betting for few weeks and won arround 15 toudands TRX.
After my account become limited I fully verified my account and requested for a withdrawal. It was on 8th of August. Unfortunatelly, till now I still did not receive my funds. Many times I was writing them in their live chat (which is very unfriendly btw, I have never been treated like this before by any support) and from beginning they always write that they stiil make a manual check of my documents (in my account profile all was marked as a verified) but couple days ago they shocked me.
They wrote me on their live chat that they have found „matching sportbetting action between me and multiple other accounts” and If I wish to progress my case further I should list my alternate accounts(!).
It’s radicolous, because I have never played on this website before and this is my only one account. I also have no influence on what other players are playing.
I can provide any additional required documents if need.
I just can not let them to fraud me for that big money. Would be really thanksfull for any advice what can I do with this fraudant company to get my winnings.

All these claims that you have mentioned should be supported by evidence and proof to confirm their validity. It would be better if you share with us screenshots of the conversation with support or any messages you received from the platform regarding the status of your account.
The platform is known for its credibility and I do not expect that they would work to scam a small amount from you.
According to your story, Shuffle accuses you of having multiple accounts, so it is important to check if anyone in your environment is using the same casino from your device or using the same network

It is good that the platform has a representative here on the forum who can help you solve your problem, only if you can prove that you do not have more than one account or involved in any suspicious activity.

OP i want you to get this straight, there is an expected way or format to use when you're trying to make a scam accusation report and file such, you can not just come here and be telling us stories on what happened and there were no proof to, you have to follow the required format and show evidence, moreover before you make any accusation, have you taken your time in knowing about their ToS or policy?.

As the two members already said above, kindly provide evidences to back up your claim [even if this thread only purposed to serve as a warning to other gamblers], otherwise the situation will, unfortunately, be perceived as invalid.

With proper evidence to proof there is a basis in your accusation, I'll try to reach their reps on this forum and see if we can get this resolved.

Ahh well, as it turned out, it was their provider who detect the multi-acc possibility, from your betting pattern, and most likely than not, Shuffle also run a cross-check with several detection of their own before they made their ruling.

Did you previously have another account on their platform? One you previously had, forgotten the password and decided to create a new one instead of resetting them, perhaps?

Instead of solve my issue they decide to send me an offensive messages. Radicolous! Their customer support is unbelievable low quality and rude. Not only this Lady, but Tommy and others as well. I can not believe that any credible casino can accept this kind of actions against their customers.

Sorry for the trouble you're having, but to help others understand your allegation better, I will suggest that you add all of the supporting documentation to the original post and attempt to get in touch with the casino representative who is on this forum, as suggested by Little Mouse, the casino signature campaign manager.
This might be a mistake in the interim, though, as I don't see them ruining their reputation over a 15K tron.

He said sent, not send, as in he informed us that he has sent a PM to ndumm [Noah], notifying Shuffle about this and now we're waiting for them to get to the bottom of the situation and revert to us with a findings and/or to give their side.

Or maybe this user is indeed involved on multiple account violations since Shuffle has another airdrop for active users. It’s very rare for a casino especially popular one in the forum to accuse someone without a proof of connection between the multiple account connected.

There’s a lot of same case like this if you will browse the scam accusation board. Been playing on this casino before without experiencing same issue despite I have a bankroll greater than the amount involved here.

I hope that this is just a mistake for OP sake. But I already tired believing on this kind of narrative which cheater use the forum to gain support once they are caught.

Sportbetting sector is always tight.

Mostly the house will always take a look carefully at this sector with limitations of the amount and other terms & conditions for Sportbet. By the way, the provider machine casino can always share some information of the user section from other casinos (If the casino using the same provider) and the provider can notify the casino the player was breached or is doing some activity against the ruler/term & condition.

Usually, in the case (Sportbet) if the casino catches them before the player makes any bet profit or lose. They just can close the account and return the original deposit, If the player makes profit and withdraws more the money they're deposited but still have money left in the casino. Casino will closed your account, and claiming user has already withdrawn his deposit + some profit and the account is closed (no matter have money/fund in the account) and making a statement user make some activity against the term & condition.

Then, should be can address the issue to be solved and the rest just waiting the flow case based how the @OP gonna to responds into those response. But, I must agree rather than "SHUFFLE" mentioned only Multi Account and user will response "I'm not doing any multi account". There was a past case where a casino is willing to take this approach, prove the multi-acc by showing login credentials [partially, of course, as they still value privacy] to show the forum that they didn't wrongly accused player, they have basis and strong evidence, and they certainly didn't made that up.

It didn't end well, with the player denied the credential ownership that's being shown to public and made a whole lot of mess, IIRC, even tried to weaponize that fact to work into their favor, before they [accidentally and rather [un]fortunately] slipped, made a small contradictory statement that I unearthed and their scam attempt thwarted.

So, as past case told us, I don't think showing login credentials to public will be beneficial, not if that can be used by the player to twist and turn the event, to bent something to work into their favor.

I have nothing to hide. Even if I had log in into my account from my friends/family member Wifi, it shouldnt be a reason to steal the funds. I didnt provide any fake documents, all my details are real. If you dont want me to play in your Casino, its ok. Thast your right. But you can not steal me my funds.
I have been playing in many crypto casinos, and any of them not scammed me like that.

Again, the same old stories. A person once created an account, forgot, or his friend, dad, mom, or cat created an account with his IP... And again, we see the casino accusing that it was this account that the casino made unfair accusations against. How many times have we seen this? OP, remember who you trust your computer to, and who knows about your gambling habits—who could accidentally or intentionally harm you? If there are no such people, then your game strategy is very similar to other players who are tracked by the casino. Read the accusations from other accounts in this section; there were amounts higher than yours, but the players always and everywhere lied. We do not live in 2005-2008 when there was still a chance to cheat the casino; now their equipment sees all the components of the computer and your every step.

I will request that you kindly check again and make sure your team is doing the right thing. We don't want to see any troubles when someone plays on your platform. This type of allegations would affect your platform. Because even on Google search, this thread will appear when someone searches about your casino. So please try to solve it. I am not just pushing you blindly, and also users may make mistakes. So there should be a solution, and you should prevent creating multiple accounts anyway. Solving issues is better for your platform, just not for users only.

I agree with your point, although the amount in question isn't substantial, it could still harm the reputation of a new and upcoming crypto casino. Since the original poster consented to the sharing of personal details, , I believe that providing a small amount of evidence to support the alleged accusation could be very effective in this case.
