Although it might sounds heavily hypothetical and argumentative, if this scenario happened, we might notice it rightaway because it will give us a noticeable side effect from now if the Earth rotation is going to stop, only then the whole world, all countries from all over the globe, will become one, sharing the same purpose which is to face our common threat.
