Durov got a bail price for himself in the ongoing investigation, and he can't leave France, so, it's not all gloom for him And for TON itself too, for the time being. We shall see how the market will go when this case gets resolved completely.

We will never know the full picture, however, I too think that Telegram is here to stay due to its use and utility, and there is no point in thinking that it will be frozen or something like that.

It's going to be very hard to stop a apps like Telegram, it's too big to fall in my opinion. And it has been one of the apps that really took over this year, everything is on top of it right now, even gaming and gambling platforms are being developed on Ton.

This situation will boil down eventually a bit better or worse for Durov, depending on many factors that we won't be able to analyze before the conclusion of it.

Well it just depends on how we look at it, he is being pictured as a freedom fighter and France trying to curb out his freedom or any other message apps for that matter. And they charge him a lot which is for me an overkill. As you can see all charges that they can think of against, they write it everything.

And now that they are going to release him? Doesn't make sense as what France is trying to do here.

Although Ton was a creation of Durov, they have left the stakes to other developers, and they distance themselves from TON, TON's price is dropping because of failure to produce blocks, resulting of many exchanges and wallets suspension of transactions.

Durov case will not affect Ton's price in the long term it will even go better, they have to fix issues concerning their chains, and they are good to go.

He is not really "released" though. He is just out on bail. An over $5 million bail.

As for TON, if this system is being affected like this when the owner of it is arrested and/or the Telegram company faces problems then it means there are certain traces of centralization in it that makes this platform a very dangerous one to use.

It's not because of DOGS but it all started from the NOT Airdrop which became one of the first pioneers with a new system in the crypto industry especially Airdrop. Although DOGS is not a tap to earn airdrop type but the concept remains the same and is the 2nd part of NOT. If you review a few days after the news of Durov being arrested, the TON Blockchain was temporarily suspended but now it is back up and running and Durov has paid a fine on the condition that he must report every 2 weeks as a regional prisoner, this issue has a more massive impact on new projects that continue to emerge on the TON network, but for greater support for the increase in TON it is still not significant because investors are still wary of other surprising news, as long as Durov is not completely free then anything can still happen.

I think we'll continue seeing more increase in ton ecosystem projects. Durov has been released though. Last I checked ton was trading around 5.4 region. U predict that after DOGS, expect alot on similar projects but only those that does something different would survive. As for gold verse, I noticed Bitget announcing listing next month for it .that caught my attention though.. still observing, but getting the exchange attention is a bold statement from the project. Who knows, it might do well.

It is quite stable in price now after the latest news about Durov because he is no longer in prison and will undergo a trial for the charges against him.
Regarding TON and its relationship with Durov, there are still many people who are convinced that Durov's absence will affect the potential of TON in the future, and some people are still confused by Durov's case, because I am quite sure that this investor invested not in the TON project but in the person.

You may be right but surely this will get better when this court of a thing is actually settled. The same thing happened to Binance multiple times and the exchange is still strong and functional till today. Binance still remains the largest and most used cryptocurrency exchange in the world without any competitors for now. I know that with time, all these is going to be resolved and we might see the price of the token surging higher than the previous high with time. Those that are might will not be panicking because all these trials will surely be over which is going to make the price of Ton to skyrocket with more holders going for it.

with the arrest of durov this has an impact on the meme ton coin, although it has an impact on trading I think the view on this will change after durov is released, in this case we will see further developments in the market.

but the dogs trading scene isn't as explosive as I've anticipated, just 1.5x gain is not really a gain for a meme coin that supposedly praised to be the biggest meme coin in the TON ecosystem, arguably it's because durov arrest heavily cripple the hype which is why dogs can go this far in the first place.

but regardless dogs is still good free money for anyone else who care to complete to super simple task so it's still a win for the people in the ton ecosystem.
but since durov is just bailed and investigation is still in process, i think investing in any ton related coin/token is still not safe.

It's a temporary release because of bail, but he has obligations to fulfill to continue to enjoy his temporary freedom he is facing ten years of imprisonment and and a fine of 500k Euro.

TON will continue to exist because the Durov's have no stake anymore in this chain whatever happens to TON they will eventually recover because the community of developers is doing great in managing the TON chain.

On Telegram application, it will continue to exist because they have a huge community and it is not yet banned in many countries, it is still a profitable business, I'm sure there are caretakers who will oversee its operations not everything depends on Pavel Durov.
