You seem to consider yourself a VIP player and want to be treated like a VIP. From my experience, Metawin and Bitsler treat their VIP players in a VIP way. Yes, I know that I wear a Metawin signature but verify facts yourself.

They recently even had a VIP transfer but you are a little late, btw, you can contact him or Metawin and ask for VIP transfer, they might make an exception for you.

Sorry for your losses OP, sometimes losing can be very frustrating. But I had to identify some areas you contradicted yourself. You claim that Stakes games are rigged, yet you testified that your friends and others are getting bonuses and winning. Are your friends also part of the Stake team? Your assertion that people close to you are winning proves that Stake games are fair, you are just unlucky. This is just an exaggeration or an obvious lie because I do get decent bonuses on weekly and monthly if I’m losing big time. Bonuses of Stake is highly dependent on your PnL then wager volume. It’s impossible to get 0.03$ bonus for 20K wager and end up at loss on higher VIP level.

We haven't seen the pinnacle of online casinos, we have yet to see it with virtual reality. The metaverse casinos should make the online casino feel like you are in the real casino we're not there yet.  For now, if you feel like you can't go on with Stake, there's always a place for you elsewhere.

I was thinking there is a problem with Stake as a casino judging from the caption of this thread but from the body of your posts, the casino have not done anything bad or against you, just that you expected more from them in terms of giving you bonuses considering your contribution to the casino. The referral you mentioned was clearly stated when you created your account that the person who referred you will earn those bonuses so if you want to participate in their referral, focus on referring people to the casino. If the platform did not cheat you or give you any problems, I think there is no point raising this thread. Stake is always strict on multiple account. I’m sure they will just close the other one instead of decreasing the account bonus than the normal level since it will be more complicated for them to adjust individual bonus computation.

Also having 2 Plat 1 VIP account doesn’t make sense since they both have same bonus percentage depending on the player wager. So 10K$ wager on each account is just the same reward to 20K$ wager on 1 account. I think he clearly abuse the level up bonus on this scenario.

Inasmuch as the user base of Stake users have increased with the past few years, for me, I think judging from what you just said above, what if there was a possible account connection noticed by Stake casino from your IP address, which might have prompted them excluding your both accounts from receiving benefits made for Platinum users. Because, inasmuch as same people with your type of account were receiving these benefits, you ought to have received it.

Seeing your complaint is quite interesting even though we don't know the truth of the story you told OP, because maybe you need to show more or less evidence of gambling activities at Stake.com.

The only thing not going well with Stake lately is that "rigged" RTP everyone is talking about. I have said it several times but no ones seem to care, back in the day as I also started in November 2021 there and used to get massive wins during the first 2 years and after they made a so called maintenance to their slots just a few months ago this started to happen. I think there is really something wrong with the bonus system on Stake.com. This also happened to me. I'm at Platinum 1, wagering around $5,000 per week consistently, but I only received a $0.04 weekly bonus and $1 for monthly bonus (this happened for 2 months). You clearly stated that your friends who are not really active as you are, are earning more than you do with stake.com and there are several other testimonies of people who are really earning good rewards with stake. Why is your case so different? It is a bad that the customer support hasn't really been responding, because they would have been in the right position to give you the answers you need.

While still questioning their services, you should also search yourself to be sure you haven’t gone against their rules, terms and conditions because this might be one major reason why you are being ignored.

What i will say to you is that stake.com is just like every other gambling site out there that does things fairly, because winning as you know are something that is not defined or to say that it would and must get to you that very moment or the next time. What you should look at is their total customer who are involving themselves with raffle and you don't expect to be winning everytime and I must say that every gambler are recognized.

But the thing is everyone must not win in the gambling site and if I may refresh your attention towards winning, out of 99.9 percentage gambler in every casino less than 3% of people who are winning while the remaining 96.9% are running into lose, and no gambling site is designed to be easily win on their site rather it was configured in way were gambler would definitely lose money. So why would you gamble in a casino you don't like? There are many good casinos, new casinos with good promotions... you should be free to explore other options. I understand you about being "invisible", but at the same time I don't understand this "grinding day and night" mentality. Gambling isn't supposed to be a grind. Are you a gambling addict or something? I would never waste my time and money grinding "day and night" and get nothing in return.  This doesn't seem like a rational behavior.
Stake is a big online casino with a huge amount of players. I can guess that they don't have a big customer support team and that's why they can't offer good customer support to all their players.

Stake support is certainly terrible. You just get scripted responses and they are not willing to answer any questions. I cannot put more than 2 DAI on sportsbook (see my post) yet I have a $200k DAI wagering requirement. So they've basically killed my account and there is no chance to withdraw...
