You guys are aware that in this space there are alot of ways scammers can scam someone of their hard earned money. I know that recently airdrops farming has been one of the big hit in our country lately due to telegram mini apps and stuff . Well to be honest I have also gain some nice amount of money from airdrop farming lately from both $Not and $Dogs and I thank God for everything.

This is especially for newbies in this space and some old members that haven't fully get the gist . One thing about farming airdrops is that not all are legit some are there to just scam you or waste your time . Alot of newbies are too lazy to run their own research that's why they always Fall as victims, (not only newbies though).

There's this telegram project name monorix that came a months back some of us here may have heard about it those guys scam alot of People through the paying of fees. Like after the mining has ended they fixed a fee for those that one to move   their token that they have farmed to monorix wallet ( the coin Wallet). And the fees varies it literally depends on the number of monorix token one accumulate so some folks even paid 3 to 7 tons, they lure people to believing that they are legit by listing their coin on bingx first and they started manipulating the market making the coin to increase after everything they end the project without paying anyone and they changed their names from monorix to cryptozon.

So please those of us that are farming airdrops should be careful of the way we use our hard earn money in them , I will even advice that we should avoid throwing your money into anyhow projects . So that you won't endup regretting it .

I think one of the ones I’ve heard of lately is where, you have to claim your airdrop by paying 1Ton. I didn’t see this for a few but somehow, a means for these guys to get you to buy what you supposedly earn even at a reduced rate. Simple thing here is that, if you don’t have experience, hold your money, do not put your money that you cannot afford to lose, the project can end up as a scam projects and if you put your money it will no be reversed.

we all know that hard work pays, and many scammers scam people because they don’t want to suffer before getting money; they want to be in their home and be making money without getting themselves any positive way of earning money. Just consider how you will feel if you are the one that they scam.

Are you going to say they did that due to lack of job? No, I believe you will also panic and swear for them; furthermore, did you know that there are some people who still have something doing and choose to scam people? If you don’t know, I tell you this today.

Normally if you are someone that have benefited from airdrop mining projects you should be able to easily decipher  genuine airdrops from fake or scammers airdrop projects. The requirements, the procedures and the number of exchanges the token is been listed is something to watch for. Just listing in one single exchange doesn't get to make it legit.

And when airdrop project get to demand from you a certain amount of money to be used as transaction fee then it should be a sign of red flag because you shouldn't be paying an amount of fee that's way far above the token's launching value. It's as easy as 1,2,3 to crasp but sometimes greed get to blind our reasoning.

Due to the economic hardship in Nigeria, and other countries many people are looking for ways to earn money to survive and they engage in many get rich quick schemes to make money, most times they are scammed because of their ignorance. Any air drop that Demand for a gas fee that is more than the token are scammers, some air drop don't need any has fee to be able to claim your token or before getting your reward, this days we have to be careful because since some air drop is paying some scammers have went and create air drop that they can deceive people and scam them, any air drop that ask for a gas fee and it is not just a small fee it is a scam because no air drop will Demand for a big gas fee on top a token, many air drop have give the Participant claim their token and they did not ask any feel, Notcoin, Dogs did not ask for any gas feel so if any air drop ask for a gas feel don't rush because you want to claim a token so that you won't get scammed.

I don't see any way they scam the participants to be frankly speaking, they did their job to list it on an exchange despite the low trade volume on that exchange. Listen, the most important and prominent duty of a team behind a project is to list coin on an exchange no matter what. What happened on the exchange is non of their business, and again, it's the duty of an airdrop participant to have TON fee ready to send their coins to wherever.

Also, the team changing the name or rather the coin ticker does not really matters, what matters a lot is if they change the smart contract so participant cannot be able to send their earned drops. In that case we can now tag them scammers.

Omo the truth be say, if you no want make them scam you, you gats dey vigilant, do your own research on any airdrops way you no sure how truthful them dey, just as you talk OP, no be all airdrop get genuine intention, some na waste of time, anyone way you no fit verify their authenticity, just let am go. My telegram just dey filled with airdrops, so tey I no come know which one to follow up with, because of how many they are, na when I get time, I go critically do my research on each of the ones I go pick interest on.

That is the fact if any Airdrop that they lunch and they are saying you need to pay fees before you can claim it definitely they are scammers. because Real Airdrop don't request any gas fees before you can get access to it.  Scammers as many ways that they used to try and scam people since this days Airdrop are paying they will try to create one to make people believe that they will pay and later they will will scam others. Because anyhow they create it definitely someone most for. Normally, withdrawal fees are pretty much always smaller except you are participating on airdrop built and based on Ethereum Blockchain Network where fees are way too higher than the profit earned from drops, so I wouldn't advices anyone to participate on drops built on Ethereum smart chain.

He might have not put it out well enough but I would say that any airdrop that demands a fee more than the amount of allocation of the token is basically a scam, we all know that the transaction fee isn’t even for the project  itself but for the miners of the blockchain it was lunched on. The Ethereum blockchain you stated usually releases the amount of allocations to its users first with the price of the token already on the market/exchange so it is usually left for you to claim or not, this is how proper airdrops wait except the scam ones that are aloe on this chain too.

My take is never send out any fund to a project either to double your allocations or to pay for fees without your allocation already assigned. Let’s take a look at dogs Ton transaction task it was definitely optional and the fess to test your wallet eligibility or just to remove sybil out was around 0.1ton and not even compulsory, so there are reason that definitely tells you that a project is a scam and higher claiming fee is definitely up there

That's what we called greed and wickedness, the reason most people are doing Airdrops because they are looking for money , and they will still scam those set of people because they are looking for money through gambling which is really bad. I actually heard about the project but I wasn't sure of their credibility and trust for them to deliver as they promised. At last, my thoughts were all correct pertaining their intentions. I was never convinced with their project reasons being the fact that they weren't sincere and straightforward.

Paying such an amount of money for your airdrop to be transferred to you is somewhat fishy and does not send any good signals to the participants and as smart as they should be, it was very easy to detect but they were all blinded by greed to get big money even after seeing how the price was being manipulated on the exchange.
