Parents can get out of it by suing government for not telling them what they were signing. But it's difficult to sue what you don't know about, right?

I do not agree with this birth certificate stuff. To mention, I feel like the government is imposing much on us already. The birth certificate is not something you subscribe to willingly, it's a certificate which is imposed on the citizens on the account the country will gather the data of its citizens since we live in a data driven world today. Now imposing Gender Transition surgery on minors is a wrong practice by the government in my own submission.

Birth certificates are mere documents for identification and citizenship. Nothing else. Having a birth certificate is not a contract you have with the government that tells them they own you or that they could do anything to you. You are subjected to rights of your own.

I actually don’t think it’s a bad idea. Gender transition is an incredibly complex and difficult process that no child should go through it without the support and attention of their parents or at least any legal guardian.

I'm not sure that whenever you've signed a birthday certificate, you directly transfer the final decision that relates to the child into the hands of the government. As the government that controls the affairs of the nation you're a part of, whatever decision they make is supposed to be binding on you and your child and it's basically on that premise that they tend to have a say in how you treat your child or certain things you or the child does that could be harmful to the society.

even though this wouldn't go down well with some people, I still consider this a good move and initiative that will help curtail the exceces of some people that have become deficult to control. Call it LGBDQ or gender transition, they are things that shouldn't be slowed to gain acceptance in our society. A 6 yo American male child will be like; I want to be identified as a woman. Then, 10yrs later, he will change his mind to be identified as a man. Do they also have the option to be identified as a goat or a cow?

The results of the US elections will be determined by more pressing issues than crypto. I am not a fan of Trump and not also comfortable with most of his campaign promises but I support this one. You should take a look on the recent rallies Trump has held lately then, each time he mentions some anti Transgender rethoric the crowd fires up and starts cheering heavily.
An important percentage of the people who indentify themselves as MAGA or hardcore pro-Trump deeply anti-transgender and by extrapolation, they are anti-LGBTQ.

I believe that is rather an ideal case, which does not apply to the one hundred percent of the political contexts here in the American country. It reminds me the election in Brazil in which Bolsonaro got elected democratically, some say because of the evangelist churches supporting him and such.
As sad as it sounds, in politics people tend to be more selfish than we could first assume, you know. The way to get out of it is to give notice to government that you are not theirs. Only adults can do this. And it can be done at any time - even at the time of government attempting to enforce an action on the human.

Government can only act on the words written or spoken-and-recorded. It can't assume anything. Government people acting against people who have given proper notice, are acting outside of their authority, and can be sued for damages.
