Just to show everybody how sneaky you are, you titled this thread, "Who can answer a simple question?" But it seems that the question you asked is not simple, or you would have accepted the answers long ago.

As is Putin's household truth, so is his political truth. So is his governmental truth.

Like everybody in life, when they speak truth in their operations, circumstances change at times, and they have to change their truth to match it. It looks like a lie. But until you know all the circumstances, you can't tell if it is a lie or not.

Until you or I live with Putin and understand the changing circumstances in his life, we will never know what is a lie and what is simply pragmatism.

Note that since Putin is a powerful guy, maintaining some truth is necessary just to remain in power. It's the same with all of us in the little bit of power we have.

Putin knows that the Empire of Lies and its people don't need the truth, just like you don't.

If Putin and Russia are essentially all lies, then they are truth for Putin and Russia. Adjust your glasses.

 You are right and I have always said that the Russian people live their entire lives in lies and cannot imagine any other life. If we know Russia as the Empire of Evil, then today, thanks to Putin, Russia is also known as the Empire of Lies.

Well, here's another one, unable to find an answer to a simple question, trying to philosophize instead of giving an example of a case when Putin told the truth. It seems that such an example from Putin does not exist. This shows that Putin lies in everything he says.

Why should I look at all the Putin truths? Since I would have to look at Putin's whole life to do this, and since I would have to evaluate his whole life, and since I don't have any way to do this, I simply need to look at the trust that millions of people have placed in Putin to see that there are loads of Putin truths.

Since you refuse to acknowledge any of them, anybody can see that you are the liar and propagandist. That's okay, though. Helps Stan Lee get ideas for his movies and comic books.
