If to focus in the area of kyc, I did say that it's hard to really find a legitimate online gambling casino that is or has a non kyc policy, except you are going to be playing on a decentralized casino where every bet is settled on chain.

And talking about a casino, I don't know or let me say that I am not very sure if stake accept Dutch players, I've gone through their list of restricted countries in the past but this was a long time ago, I can't remember if Dutch was on the list, will possibly check and come back here.

This 1500$ bet limit is only applicable on slot games. That’s the max bet you can place on 3rd party games such as slot games but sportsbook has higher limit that can go above 100K or more.

if you want to find more options, try visiting BTCGOSU, they have a category for Casinos that accepts players from European countries but you might still need to check the casino's Terms and Condition to verify if netherlands is part of the european coutnry that is not restricted.

I think that Sportsbet.io accepts Dutch players, but you better check list of restricted countries and ask their support for confirmation.
You wont find many casinos with guaranteed no-kyc policy, so they can always ask you for verification when you try to withdraw coins to your wallet.

You’re right, there’s a high chance that this user will do KYC due to the bankroll size but some casino already do a mandatory KYC in random basis regardless of the bankroll size as long the player is active on deposit/withdrawal of his bankroll.

Dividing bankroll across different casino might not be a good idea because you might do KYC multiple times instead of just doing it on one casino. Let me advise you sincerely, if you are trying to evade the drama associated with the KYC, it's better you go for the decentralised casino/sportsbooks, there is no other viable way out.

A good country like Holland will make it difficult to play without the KYC and another issue gamblers often have with these no-KYC casinos/sportsbooks that are not decentralised is that they may change their mind later and ask you for the KYC when you last expect it. I think Bc.game will offer you such freedom, because my account is just without kyc and I can deposit and withdrew, I also don't see any where on the site where it mentioned that there is restricted country on the casino and also you will have the chance to deposit in your local currency on the site.
