Gambling is risky and there's no guarantee of winnings no matter the level of risks that you're willing to apply so it's ok to use any strategy that you think can work for you. Using small amounts for risky games to try your luck on jackpot over a long period of time can give you what you want or maybe not but I think it's worth a trial. I believe that it's mostly in lottery games that people usually bet the same numbers for over a long period of time in the hope that it'll give them the jackpot someday. My take is that whatever strategy that someone chooses for gambling, let them use the amount that they can afford to loose.

Fewer number of persons out of the many that holds on to this gambling strategy get to be fortunate to win a huge cash. I don't think he meant a combination of games to give a high odd, as it would be very risky to think of. Imagine wining other games and one or two has to make you lose. What OP meant was taking a huge odd but one game, risking in it, knowing full well that the chances of losing it is high, but you rely on luck for that big win.

They say little drops of water makes a mighty ocean...how long is a long time. And if you multiply the lesser amount by the long time that would have been a lot of money. While I have not doubt that there is the possibility of winning huge someday with consistency which is the hope of the person however, on the flip side, there is also that possibility of losing a lot of money in the run term so as to achieve that goal. In itself it is not bad, as it is left up to the gambler to decide if they are willing to take the risks. In my estimation, I will not do this. Just gamble for fun because you can not win the house is the common saying among experienced gamblers. I have tried something similar, I used to play dice with small amounts with high winning chances in hopes for getting a jackpot, and it didn't work out, mostly because to play jackpot I needed to add extra amount for the jackpot aside from dice bet; say $0.1 bet + $0.1 for jackpot, IDK if it's same case with other casinos but this was main reason behind it not working out.

You can use lottery as best example on the win rate for this kind of method. Many lotto players that betting for a long time without hitting huge win. There’s no guarantee that you can win in the end with huge amount if you keep chasing risky bets with high payout.
