They said they didn't proccess because they do not have their own liquidity,  so they needed to call a third party and perform harder AML tests.

Yes. I used coins from the same address in previous transactions. I also send the same coins they reject a few hours later, exchanging for other coins

So, you ask them every time before starting the swap process, even though you will send coins from the address you already sent from?
I didn't do that. after I first received confirmation that they would accept coins from the address. The next dozen orders, without any announcement, just swap. No problems so far.

Yes, because my refunded coins were addresses I had previously used with them.

It happened 2 or 3 times already. I am using another service which has no AML check, I posted about it in altcoinstalk exch thread.

I don't see my location as a prohibited jurisdiction on Swapuz's ToS page, unless it's some outdated information there. I will contact support for a direct answer.
