Russia will use nuclear weapons maybe china will use also.
First target will be west coast of USA  according to nuclear protocols.  

But maybe USA don't get involved and russia will do just small attack in Europe just to show off that his serious.
When the trump get elected then likely putin could do small attack and then trump will not get involved foreign wars wich has nothing to do with USA because war started by biden administration as trump said If he was on office the war would't never started...so most likely trump will not get invloved in biden war.

It depends now who will be leader of USA HARRIS or TRUMP but now it's still Biden.
How the usa will response?
there is 3 options and no good options!

I am going to vote for Kamala and drunk driver Walz to prove you wrong. But it will take 8 years for Walz to get into office, so hopefully Kamala gives Walz enough wine so that Walz becomes enough of a raging alcoholic to launch a couple nukes toward Russia. The major powers are constantly researching and developing nuclear weapons or other modern weapons but I don't think they intend to use them in the future. Using them is like ending their own lives and all the achievements they have worked so hard to build and create. On the contrary, I think if war happened today, it would be an economic war, a cold war, a war of mutual isolation.

There is no benefit to using nuclear weapons on a large scale, and that is why they are not easy to deploy and the president alone cannot decide that. Furthermore, with the current situation, I see no reason to deploy nuclear weapons, everything is under control and not too bad.

as longes china or usa don't get involved eu war it can be over and after few missiles attacks in Europe the peace talk can be starting fast.
And it doesn't take long i guess in few hours the war will be over becouse missiles are fast and destroy fast so then USA and russia probably the trump Putin meet and talk about peace conditions. 
Once western countries see war in real then they belive in possibility of war right now people don't understood that war could touch even locations where it's impossible and are important people then world will wake up and see that war is not way becouse it might not stay inside the war zone countries it's like fire wich could go out of control.
