Nuclear war in progress

Russia will use nuclear weapons maybe china will use also.
First target will be west coast of USA  according to nuclear protocols.  

It depends now who will be leader of USA HARRIS or TRUMP but now it's still Biden.
How the usa will response?
there is 3 options and no good options!  
If usa don't respond with nuclear then bigger war might not happening but peace agreement.

Putins birthday coming ....October 7 would be possibility that he will do that as gift.
