However, Kamala Harris has not made any promises on Bitcoin in the run-up to the election, but she has also been wary of crypto-currencies for quite some time now. However, two candidates are very serious about cryptocurrencies.

Trump has fallen in love with bitcoin and if trump should win the movement for bitcoin will be on another level and it is going to affect the price of bitcoin, because the campaign of trump is working hand in hand with bitcoin. And it is just fees days to the election, I don't know why I have faith that trump is going, Harris does not have anything against bitcoin so even if she wins nothing will happen, the market might not even be affected.

I'm one of those who believe that. Frankly, the US has been reduced to a barking bulldog without action in recent times and that's no thanks to the Biden administration. I don't see the US as that strong a force to reckon with as I used to see her a few years ago. With DT, I perceive all this will change and the US will be able to manifest her strength once again.

What list is that? Bitcoin is only important to bitcoin users and holders. It's nowhere near in the list, it's just included in the list of innovations, that US will most likely want to support.

Also take a look at the past. For bitcoin it doesn't matter who is the president or which party wins, elections just happens be right time and they look like a trigger. They might be some kind of "self fulfilling prophecy" -kind of trigger, but it's not about who wins.

In addition, the signals from both parties are a bit contradictory. Trump is perhaps better for Bitcoin in the short term. But he's also a protectionist (just in the last days he announced a battery of tariff increases to all his major trade partners), this means that his tenure will probably have a negative impact on US exterior commerce and thus on global commerce too. Other countries could follow the path into protectionism and that could hurt the world economy. Even if the US profits from this in the first year, it is likely that in the mid to long term the impact will be negative there too.

Harris is neutral for Bitcoin in my opinion (a dump may occur caused by Trumpists), but probably more positive for world commerce and thus for the world economy as a whole.

Very nice and correct statement and my opinion concerning the election saga is that either ways Bitcoin would still be progress but just that if Trump wins their would be a fasters progression and more adoption of Bitcoin, he's a Bitcoin lover and if he wins he'll implement certain rules that would favour Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) especially and that alone would influence lots of people to start using Bitcoin and I believe there's a possibility of it causing Bitcoin to get to the 100k mark more quicker. Well, change they say is constant, Kamala might not be a Bitcoin enthusiast yet but there's a room for change, i could remember Trump himself was a Bitcoin hater until he began to understand the benefits of Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency at large therefore I won't be suprised if Kamala wins and start supporting Bitcoin after a while.
