This wants to look like a scam to me but you can prove yourself that it is not a scam.

What are the criteria and requirements needed before someone can apply for such loan? Also why did you include your email when you can do all on this forum?

You may be legit but it would be good for people to know that they should not send you any money before receiving loan from you. Also I hope you will not send money to people that are not qualified for the loan because even if you do not scam, someone might want to scam you. Either of the two.
