There are many traders who usually wait for an opportunity when a man is in danger to sell his important assets at which time he buys from the person who is full by offering a relatively small amount of money. It's one of the means of production you own as an individual. And it helps with everything. You get better sleep you get an office, you get social prestige... Don't give up on that asset especially at a time they paper and bank money becomes increasingly worthless.

Anyway at least you should consider the alternatives. If you plan to just rent if you leave the house in terms of income at your disposal it's very likely you'll be worse off.

I am not against selling assets to get assets, of course don't sell assets to pay for liabilities, that makes no sense but if you want to sell your asset to get another asset that's fine. Imagine you sold your house 6 months ago, and bought bitcoin with it, you would have nearly double that amount now, so we could say that you could have bought better house, or you could have bought two houses, and considering how the price of houses stay pretty flat in most part of the world and bitcoin goes up, we could say that you could even reach three houses. Live in one, rent the other two, and never have to work again (depending on the capital you start and rent prices of course).

I could have done that easily, would have been entirely different life, if I did that a year ago, I would have been making 7 times more than my salary, 7 times! but I didn't, and that's my mistake and I regret that. So I understand why people would consider stuff like this and I won't say do it or don't do it to them.

As we know, The year 2025 is getting closer, Bitcoin bullish has also shown signs of that, but Until today I don't have much capital to buy bitcoin to prepare bullrun on the next year. I have a desire to sell my another house and want to change my investment into bitcoin or any cryptocurrency, but the problem is My house has not been sold until now, I have tried to market it on social media like facebook market and olx where I have to spend about $10 each month to sell it to the flatform, but still didnt sold it yet.

My house located on Indonesia, If I calculate with bitcoin, I put low price about 0.2 BTC, the yard size is 108 square meter, and house size is 36 square meter. quite cheap for that size but still didn't sold yet. So, I write here, Are you are here have strategy how to sell it fast?, I'm almost desperate, I will even lower it to 0.18 if it doesn't sell yet.

If you are seriously committed to selling a large asset like a house, or even a car sometimes, then you have to make it an extra special deal to the buyer with the stipulation that the trade goes through within a timeframe that is acceptable to you. Your starting point is getting an accurate and uninflated market price, which you could probably figure out yourself just by seeing what comparable properties in your area have sold for recently. At that point you need to understand that your starting point is likely selling at below 80% of the market value if you want to complete a quick transaction, because that is the only way you can use leverage against a buyer unless there is some other particularly attractive feature around your asset (like being in an exclusive area with few sales or a large parcel of land)

It depends to his situation if this is no longer needed and its location is no longer ideal because there can be factors that can be considered why he's wanting to sell it. While the others are selling Bitcoin to buy their homes, there are people like OP that wants to sell their house for Bitcoin. Maybe this isn't just his own real estate property so its fine and it's not that big at all. But I agree to what you've said, if he's got no other option then better not to sell it.

We don’t know what other assets he has. Maybe he has another house that is a lot beneficial for him to live in whether due to location or other factors. It really depends. This is a great source of income however you’ll have to check and select the people that will rent your house. You will also have to make sure that the house is regularly maintained. The thing is if the location is not ideal, it might not even be that profitable.

I totally agree, you can’t live in a Bitcoin. There are people who sold their homes to buy Bitcoin back in the day, they made a lot of money. Bitcoin price was very low so they got a lot of coins & returns were far higher then. Bitcoin is $93,000 right now. The price was like $55,000 when you made this thread. You are not going to do what guys in the past did & make 20 x returns. Bitcoin suffers from diminishing returns now as it has become a more mature asset. You might make 3 x this cycle but it’s not worth the risk & anxiety around it. Buy as much Bitcoin as you can, it is the best asset to own but don’t sell the roof over your head.

Having a trust that people here would know is even funnier, it's clear that we are going to end up with not knowing anything about the real estate of your house and how to get rid of it. I mean think about it, most of us are not from your nation, let alone your city or your town, it is not that possible.

Just give it to some real estate agent, some company, and they will try their best to sell it, that's literally all we can come up with. My house located on Indonesia, If I calculate with bitcoin, I put low price about 0.2 BTC, the yard size is 108 square meter, and house size is 36 square meter. quite cheap for that size but still didn't sold yet. So, I write here, Are you are here have strategy how to sell it fast?, I'm almost desperate, I will even lower it to 0.18 if it doesn't sell yet.

Hire a real state agent if you want to sell it quick although this already a little bit late since Bitcoin price already pump but your intuition to sell your house to buy Bitcoin the time you made this post is on point so I hope that you manage to get capital for Bitcoin purchase even before your house didn’t sold yet.

Real state agent has a lot of connections with potential buyers that’s why they are the go to when it comes to selling houses. Some buyer is very cautious when buying online that’s why they only preferred buying with their trusted agent.

I manage to sell my uncle house by hiring some agent. Don’t be afraid on paying fees if you really want to sell it quickly.

As we know, The year 2025 is getting closer, Bitcoin bullish has also shown signs of that, but Until today I don't have much capital to buy bitcoin to prepare bullrun on the next year. I have a desire to sell my another house and want to change my investment into bitcoin or any cryptocurrency, but the problem is My house has not been sold until now, I have tried to market it on social media like facebook market and olx where I have to spend about $10 each month to sell it to the flatform, but still didnt sold it yet.

An interesting sales idea, for now the financial conditions in almost all places are experiencing a decrease in income, only the upper middle class are considered quite capable of adjusting the situation in buying the asset property that you offer. The decrease in the selling price in the form of BTC has been reduced in nominal value but that does not reduce the estimated price that you have intended if it is sold. That would be much better because the proceeds from the sale of the house could be invested in bitcoin, but I think you are having trouble selling it because looking at the date the post was made until now the house has not been sold. I think our country is experiencing economic problems and maybe people are considering other things rather than buying a house or maybe people around you don't have the money to buy it.

Yes, of course I have another house that I live in now. That another house I bought when bitcoin bullrun on 2021. The story is, I sold my motorbike in 2018, then I bought Bitcoin, and held it until 2021 and sold it. With that money, I bought a house and want to sell it today. That experience taught me if bitcoin makes a great investment from motorbike to be house. So, is am wrong if I want to sell my house and use that money to buy back again bitcoin?. No, I think I am not wrong, I have taken the right steps before, and I belive bitcoin will repeat it again in next year. It's not impossible from the house today to be a mansion in next year.

Have you tried to sell your house with the help of a broker? I was in the real estate business and selling a house is harder than people think, even if the price is low, it's still hard because when you set a low price on a house, many people think that the house has some problems or the neighbourhood is bad or the place is bad. I think it's better to set an average price and if someone calls, try to negotiate with them and lower the price.
I wish you good luck, sadly there isn't much that I can do to help you but if there are good local house market websites in our area, I think that buying a VIP advertisement will be a good help.

The same thing is happening in my country and the real estate industry is not immune to the impact , but the demand for real estate has never stopped, it is just much lower than when the economy was stable .  I'm surprised you haven't sold your house yet. I think the problem here may be that the geographical location of your house is not favorable so you have difficulty selling the house .

I am not in the favour to sell your house because it is place where you live and when you will sell this house you have to face many difficulties in your life because you will have not roof on your head abd everybody knows in that time , house building is not an easy and most of the people invest all of your savings on their house . So you can flex by showing the people your house because that is not best time to enter in the cryptocurrency market because BTC is stable at 94 to 97 k dollars but if anyone wants to take step that will be on your risk . Always DYOR before investing your money in anything.Your house is good asset if you have another separate house to live and that is an extra house
