Richard Mille Watch RM011-03

Hi, I own a Richard Mille Watch RM011 it's been authenticated by a luxury assets pawn broker nationwide in the UK and I have the paperwork discussing this and my visit to their company with my watch, well I tried to sell it by sending it off to a company in London they take 10 days to inspect and authenticate a watch and after 1 month they replied that they are not certain if my watch is authentic and also they are not saying it's inauthentic but that they can't be sure. My watch was returned. STRANGE. I found out that the company uses an expert watch authenticator company that they have used for 20+ years. It's weird because other companies have looked at my watch when I went to visit their company and just said it's not for them. Also, online they respond with thank you for offering your watch but we're not making an offer today.

I want to sell it. I tried to sell it via Chrono24.com but I had difficulty with my ID I submitted because the pictures were not clear but blurred according to them and they just basically cancelled my application. I have got the email and listing page to prove.

If anyone wants to buy my watch then please DM for images. It's worth about £220,000. Market prices.

I’m not interested to be completely honest because I would never buy an item like this online and would more likely fly to a reputable shop when spending so much money on a watch. That being said, I would love to see pictures of it. If you are serious about making a sale, I would recommend setting up escrow with a reputable escrow agent.

Not gonna buy it but what's the name of that shop that you've sent your RM in London? Knowing that it is London and RM is from Switzerland, they could verify that easy with tools that they have. What if they just did some inspection and then able to replace some parts of it? you're unsure with this kind of process that's why bringing it with yourself into a shop or company that checks it is a must. The watch era is starting to come back, try to search for those shops that are in social media that is into this business. Save some money of flight ticket and go there like in Dubai and have a personal visit once they have agreed to your pricing and validates its authenticity.
