This may be unironically be the dumbest and at the same time silliest post/thread I have seen here in the gambling section in a long while.
How bad one needs to be to openly admit to be trying to do illegal activities in this way, specially since we already know authorities already are keeping an eye on this community since what happened to chipmixer.
Not even mentioning the fact any serious professional tennis player would settle for such small amount of money, for something which could turn into a scandal and ruin the rest of their career.
Anyways... Give no ideas to this guy to actually contact and try to corrupt people within small leagues, does not make any favor to people who are actually fan of tennis...

Well, doesn't matter if you answer or not, but you ought to know that match fixing is a very wrong, and even going to an event to approach players to ask them if they did be interested in match fixing is a totally disrespect which can land you in jail when and if any of the approached players decided to take up the matter by possibly sueing you.
I guess you already know the risk involved in this, and that is why you cannot do the task yourself, but rather, offering $2,500 to anyone who will be willing to risk their life to carry out the task for you, this is absolutely being inhuman to man.

I advise you channel your energy into making money from gambling in a legitimate way, than trying to cut corners.

The money you're offering is a big amount for us, but we don't have access to the players, besides if you offer more it will be rejected, because this is clearly against the rules of tennis.

So, this $2500 is not for the player but for the person who will give him the contact information of a player. But I guess these are scams. People should not waste their valuable time searching for a player who will be involved in match-fixing.

Whether the match is domestic or international, no player would risk their career for a couple of thousands of dollars unless they are without ethics and do not care about their future. It seems everyone (myself included) is opposing the OP, but you should know that there are people who do these illegal things, and they won't write a single word but contact that guy in private.

Also, tennis players don't earn this in a single game, maybe the top 100 or top 50 do, but outside of that it's a grind. Also you mostly just earn some if you win. The "starting wage" to participate in a small tournament are mostly something like 500$.

About the actual money you would have to pay it obviously depends. A top 100 player wouldn't be interested if you offer them peanuts (unless they are in financial trouble).
If I was a tennis player and would ever consider it, I would never do it for some pson that approaches me. What stops a tennis player to bet against himself with an anonymous account? The more people that know about the whole thing, the higher the risk of getting caught.

While you’re right in understanding the OP's message, this type of offer is clearly a scam and shouldn't be taken seriously. Even if someone is desperate to make money, it's hard to imagine convincing a player to rig a game for someone else. And if someone does succeed, the risk doesn’t stop there...the people involved could end up in jail if there’s an investigation. Worse, if a syndicate finds out, their lives could be at risk.

So, don’t even entertain this idea. The posts here are enough warning....don’t be naive, guys.

Well, after God is money, and this is for sensible people who actually believe with their whole heart and spirit that God exists, for those who do not believe, or are not very sure, money is their God and it rules their world, such people can do anything for money, they are really crazy and can never have a enough of money no matter how much they amass.

And coming back to match fixing, it's very common to be honest, more common than any one of us can really imagine or think of, but the unfortunate thing is that they keep this fixing thing as one of their top secret, which simply means that ordinary players can hardly tell which match is fixed and which is not, if at all even possible.

But then, I agree with you, those who engage in match fixing, if caught should be jailed, they cause ordinary gamblers more loses than any of us can ever imagine.

At first I thought the ops was going to make some useful point in this threads, but when I read through everything it is then I discovered that, this guy is not serious as we may think because looking for march fixing can be seen to be the highest level of crime in the gambling market because both the casino, team and gamblers will all lose our in this when the match is fixed and the result is doctored to favor a particular team or players, this is because at that point, every analysis and speculations will not work the way it surpose to be and for that it becomes highly unethical to adopt and use such a format in gambling.

You should know that these professional guys does not rig the match just for themself but they rig it for a lot of gamblers. They have community where they give paid signals like which match is going to be fixed, who will win the matches and information like this and those community members place bets on multiple online casinos and in real life as well.

I don’t know if this specific thread creator is a scammer or not, but I just wanted to point out that these things actually happen on the internet. I didn’t research further and I do not have connection with their network. But, once you get a contact of a match fixer, they will regularly gives you offer based on their deals with the players.

That's a good point and in conclusion, we should all avoid such games, anything fixing under shadows is bad, they are not worth it. This is a competitive sport, and the people who tempt athletes to substitute themselves for a certain amount of money are the very devils of temptation.
Weak-willed athletes will take this step and agree to lose for $2500.

Match fixing is a serious offense and punishable under several laws. Due to the consequences of match fixing, I don't think there will be anyone willing to collaborate with you on this request. This is very risky for takers; match fixing and bribing, especially on sports organizations, will land you in jail. Do not be tempted by the mentioned amount, you're going to be in trouble. Besides, the guy is unknown;
He may double cross, Bribing and match fixing are being offered face-to-face and not online to avoid getting double cross.
