I don't know the right section to post this but I can equally move it when someone point it out to me. Just that i was so much disturbed by the telegram notification bot and was looking for a way to stop that particular post hitting on my notifications but no way since the user regularly creates new account every 1-3 minutes to repeat same post. Also i appreciate the mod/admin who is active either banning that particular user and their post, and all the post has been deleted when i tried tracing the post. My question is; is this person a robot who create account within just a minutes to post, and what is his intention for repeating same post same topic and same content, in that post all has been moved to archived. Below shows the screenshot of everything i mean. Also didn't just have all that time take all the screenshot of that same post. Is there a way I can stop this post from coming to my notification bot?

It is a spam marketing or spam scam bot. Forum under spammers attack has answers for you. But what did you set for your notification bot? Did you set your notification bot to alert you all new topics, posts in Meta board?

What I read your main problem is received notification from these threads, which you supposed to post in this thread [TELEGRAM] Yet Another BitcoinTalk Notification BOT (merits, mentions, topics,+) instead of creating a new thread. I see that there's a feature to ignore certain thread, but it seems for existed thread instead of upcoming new thread.

Simply stop tracking the boards that he has been spamming with it. Was there really any need for this thread? Literally everyone making use of the telegram notifier bot saw this spammer. This infact isn't the first time something like this is happening like Cyrus just said he'll eventually tire out and chill. I suggest you lock this thread to prevent spamming.

My suggestion is to simply stop following those boards with your Telegram bot for a day or two. You can always manually check for new topics when you're active on the forum. As Cyrus already said, the spammer will run out of options and eventually give up.

I remember the old days of the casino bonus code spam attacks. This is quite similar to what happened back then, and they had a habit of posting when the forum was less active, but members started reporting such posts and mods kept deleting a nuking the involved accounts promptly until they eventually stopped. It's just a matter of time before this also give up.

Thank you for the efforts. Sincerely speaking it's extremely too annoying seeing repetitive post an what same contents and same intension. I got provoked by constantly receiving same promotional offer to lure newbies into their scam agenda. Is there a way I can stop this post from coming to my notification bot?

As Cyrus already said, the spammer will run out of options and eventually give up. Good option then, at least maybe after few days if they ran out of time then will have to activate it again. When they come with different format automatically i will deactivate the bots in those sections when it normalized i do reactive again.

You can check your subscribe thread, which gives you notifications even in your email Profile > Notification and Email. Besides, the Telegram bot also offers this kind of feature if a thread you want ignore or a user. But to remove those spammers it seems a very long way before it happens every day they reborn.

My question is; is this person a robot who create account within just a minutes to post, and what is his intention for repeating same post same topic and same content, in that post all has been moved to archived. I'm just saying here: I think you knew damn well the answer to that question before you even wrote it out here. I would imagine that's some scumfuc using a script to post all of that garbage, because it'd be extremely tedious to do it manually and spammers opt for the easiest route 99.9999% of the time. Sincerely speaking it's extremely too annoying seeing repetitive post an what same contents and same intension. I got provoked by constantly receiving same promotional offer to lure newbies into their scam agenda.
Ain't nobody going to fall for that nonsense, not even newbies--although I agree that anything like that should be nuked on sight, because there's a very slight chance a naive or greedy member might give that scam a shot. Some folks have dollar signs in their eyes and vanilla pudding in between their ears, if you know what I'm saying.

They will actually get tired, that's one thing am sure of.

It's a bot I believe that man who keep spamming here with lots of accounts is using a GSA ranker that use for making a backlinks but this man use it to spam here on the forum with different IPs and accounts GSA ranker can be used like that.
The forum is suffering from this scammer pushing people to use his script and spamming here with the same content. Everyday they change the content but within a day all contents are the same and they keep changing the location. Yesterday they used the gambling section to spam.
I don't know what the scammer thought; he thought that he could find someone here who will fall for this trap. It's pretty obvious that he wants to steal something from us. If you found the same topic, better report it immediately.

I don't think so mate, did you just look at the time difference of each post? I can't be so sure of how that person did it but they will definitely get tired of their participation and like I understand they could have target on jobless newbies who is so that fucking freak with the dollar offer especially newbies who are looking for a way to scrump some free dollars.

I agree with your understanding, Adbitco, as some members have issues understanding what is going on. If you look into the statement used by this spammer which I agree is a bot is the same for every topic that was created. Only a spam bot can do such a thing and I am not sure why evil fee was not applicable when this bot started processing those topics. I would love to calculate how much the fee will be if the evil fee was paid by the spammer which I doubt was asked as it is always focused on IP addresses dedicated to the African continent and the Indian subcontinent. I am not raising the issue without any substantial evidence, you can search about the same by using internal search.

I thought about this as well but on the other hand since the spammer didn't pay evil it was damn easy for them to constantly create account and topic, and I would want the admin to impose evil on such reckless newbies or bot, because if that ip is marked and imposed fee to it it would restrict them automatically and they would got tired maybe if they used another IP and still share same content they can also restricted that particular IP. Please any admin can answer me if this is possible because I can see that is the only way to stop these spammers who are intending to scam.

Only the admin can inform everyone whether evil fee was asked or not. As per my understanding it is based on location and that is why I hate it. The reason being it is targeted to third world countries and I do agree that these countries are the the ones who are notorious in spam & scam. But, my question is anyone can now create an impression thay they are not part of that country by using VPN. Therefore it's needed now that all countries come under the same regulation regardless of the location. If you want to stop such spam that we have noticed for the last three days it is better that the evil fee should be applicable for all locations.

The problem for them is the very fact they are spamming means eventually they will be singled out for scrutiny and as a result it defeats their purpose. Multiple tabs on a desktop could well be the answer and it could also be a combination of bots as well as those jobless fools you refer to if they manually jump in to post from time to time sharing duties with their bots. I agree, eventually they will get tired. I doubt it to be a robot, it could be a combined effort of two or three jobless fools who thinks they are on Facebook or any of the social media, but didn't realize it's a Bitcoin community. I guess you must have had those accounts on track with your telegram so to stop receiving updates from them then you'd need to take them all out of your track list. Perhaps whether both or whatever it maybe, stay out of them because it's all maliciously booming to be scamming hunters.

I guess you must have had those accounts on track with your telegram so to stop receiving updates from them then you'd need to take them all out of your track list. He is not tracking those accounts but instead boards so he is getting notified every time someone creates thread in them. But yeah, best thing to do now is to untrack those boards, at least until things calm down.

Remove the track boards in telegram bot then you won't be able to see it. You can also add those users into the bot as ignored users. You should check the telegram bot and see if you did track the board as I have explained. It doesn't matter who post as long as it is in that board then you sikl receive a notification when someone make a post. One thing, that's not a bot who made that post as you can see with the time difference between posts.
