Nigeria can't develop without getting it right with Leadership

Leadership entails the process of organizing, coordinating and leading an organization to achieve set out goals and visions, leadership means you are helping a people or organization to get to where they can't get to ordinarily.

Infact there is the school of thought that everything is centered or boils down to leadership in an organization as leaders are the vision bearers in any organization, so the quality of leaders leading an organization matters allot

Looking critically at the last 64 years as a country Nigeria has not gotten it right when it comes to issues of leadership as the qualities of leaders that has govern and piloted the affairs of the country can be questioned as most of them don't even know what is the concept of leadership entails as was seen in their actions and policies that where implemented during their tenure.
 Finally I want to say that if Nigeria as a country will ever challenge  the economic superpowers of this world then we need to fix the problem of leadership.

Na this year Independence day boring pass all the independence days wey I don they witness lately. The morale was low and people cared less about it. I was reading a Facebook post from a senior citizen and he said, while you guys are busy talking about the independence day, I am here in my farm celebrating my own independence day in hunger and hard work in search for what to feed the home with.

I have tried to search for the post again and could not find it any long but I was shocked by the way a retiree is also complaining about the hunger that have struck them due to the policies of the government and the fuel hike. As a young person myself, I begin to wonder how I can survive this situation and what the future might hold for me. I won't lie to you, as patriotic as I wish to be, I'm also getting fed up with the way the government is going and the future of the younger generations.

First we must start from our electoral laws, so that we don't have a situation where INEC will not just declare results of a fraudulent system. The truth is every election has consequences, if we fold our hands and allow this set of persons that are incharge of our electoral bodies to continue without changing them and the electoral policies they've put in place, then we will continue to fight a lost battle. So if we must get it right with the issue of leadership, then the process to which those leaders emerge must be transparent, else we continue this same circle of leadership for the next 64 without tangible improvement.

We should not be surprised to see Tinubu winning again because the Police, INEC and the judiciary whose families are suffering like ours are working for the president and we can see weti happened in Rivers State yesterday and on Friday night when IG order the commissioner of police to go hijacked the sensitive electoral materials in Rivers State INEC Office when the Governor intervened and stopped them and asked them not to participate in the election. The best way to attack the government to change is from the social media which vdm is also doing. He is also talking about the corrupt system. Nigeria will never be great in the hand of APC because at first I thought Tinubu would make things easy for the citizens. And when we were in one thread, Many people supported him because he made mentioned of bitcoin in his campaign time. But a na irony.

there is a school of thought, that at the birth and base of every great organisation lies an enthusiast, a man that is consumed with earnestness of purpose, with power in his confidence and with faith in the worthwhileness of his endeavours.

Nigeria is a country with enormous potentials, superpower status to become a leader in economic growth, but her lack of visionary leaders became a stumbling block and as such, weak governance, poor policies and poor exchange rate became barriers.
