AFAIK issue that handle by license provider itself is very slow to move while in your case you are accused for money laundering and they already refunded your deposit money. I’m just confused on why they refunded you instead of confiscating the money if the issue is money laundering which is against the law.

I've explained this on accesstakashi's thread. Summarized, Curacao is having an overhaul with their gambling licensing and authorities. Basically, the four master license holder [CEG, GC, Antillephone, and CIL] no longer have authorities over casinos who operates in Curacao, and the governing body is currently under GCB, which will later transferred to CGA.

AFAIK issue that handle by license provider itself is very slow to move while in your case you are accused for money laundering and they already refunded your deposit money. I’m just confused on why they refunded you instead of confiscating the money if the issue is money laundering which is against the law.

@Holydarkness might help you give an insight on how to handle your case because in my opinion this case is already at the dead end considering that this casino doesn’t have any representative in the forum.

One of the official and law-abiding course of action upon a suspicion of ML activity, where the player can't prove that their fund is not part of ML and/or to refuse KYC [and through the process, SoW verification], will be to return the deposit to the originating address.

I have never had of these casinos any where here maybe my bad if I didn't read wider to come across it, and again, why didn't you asked about the casino trust and transparency before making such huge deposit to the site? There is no reply from "CEG" but it is correct.

That post was made while I composed my own. I got notified when I reviewed my post and did a proofread prior to posting and noticed you made another post, but I didn't aware that you made three consecutive posts. I guess this is a minor reason why posting in consecutive is against forum rules. If you want to add something in a close time, before someone made any post, you can edit your latest post and say what you want to add through it.

Moving to your question, why CEG didn't reply to your post, I'll strongly assume that's because they [and the other three master license holders] kinda lost their power over casinos due to that overhaul, thus they can't effectively mediate a dispute between their [former] sub-licensee and the customers as they've lost their leverage over the casinos. Or perhaps [and this is my wild guess] they no longer even allowed to practice any kind of mediation, or maybe even any action related to gambling activities at all.

I am curious about this too. the only way I can think of as to why they suddenly changed their license is to avoid the case that you submitted to GEC, but then again, I am just speculating, perhaps ask someone who have knowledge(a lawyer) about it, if I remember correctly, Reddit has a subforum called "r/asklawyers" perhaps post this question there.

You have to learn your lesson the hard way this time, and learn not to trust third party casino reviews because in most cases, their are already paid to post all those reviews that you see online, before you Play on any casino, you have to first of all do your own due diligence check on the reputation of that casino and also try to check if the licence is a valid and verified one, because taking just any licese posted by the team will definitely lead you into more crisis, since the casino can change any licence just to suite their quest to denying a player payment.
