I would like to apply for merit source for Local Philippines. Ive been a forum user since 2017 and manage to cope with the introduction of merit system to rank up. Now as a user, Im well aware how difficult to received merits, now my decision to apply for the position is due to lack of merit source on our local section for like more than 2yrs already. I know theres a lot of other merit sources visited our local PH for merits but I believe a presence from a local itself can focus on allocating those merits to users and dont left out potential posts that shouldve gotten merits. The previous application from crwth has been delayed for so long and someone need to step up the ladder. So here am I, humbly requesting for your approval theymos. Godspeed.

Merong isang thread dati na nagtatanong kung anong mga crypto base casinos na pwedeng gamitin ang local wallet natin.

Sa aking paglalaro at pagsusugal sa iba't ibang crypto website, so far 3 pa lang ang kikita ko although yung pangatlo eh parang hindi ko na ma access sa ngayon.

At alam din naman natin na pag na expose ang Gcash number or ang mobile number natin eh baka ma spam ito at katakot takot na promo ang matatanggap nyo as text message.

At kung may alam kayo na iba pang websites na wala sa listahan, pede nating i update to.

Step 3:

• 1. Lagyan ng laman na PHP ang balance mo sa GCrypto
• 2. Pumunta sa Market tab and piliin ang Bitcoin
• 3. Ilagay kung magkano ang gusto mong bilhin na Bitcoin

Tips:

• After niyan pwede mo gamitin ang Bitcoin mo kung gusto mo e send sa ibang wallet, ebenta or e hodl mo lang sa GCrypto sa loob ng Gcash mo!
• Pwede ka rin makatanggap ng Bitcoin galing sa ibang wallet, piliin mo lang ang Receive button at may sarili kang Bitcoin address na pwede mo gamitin para makatangga ng Bitcoin.

Kung ikaw ay sakaling naapektuhan ng ganetong problema maari mong gawin ang mga sumusunod:

• Boot mo ang iyong pc sa safemode

Isa sa mga nagamit ko na ay ubuntu, CentOS debian, pero mas nagstick ako sa ubuntu dahil sa mga ginagawa ko na testing, hindi ito advertisement ng mga OS pero shinare ko lang baka sakaling inyong magustuhan, mas secure sya at hindi basta magrrun ang mga virus tulad sa windows, naalala ko ung isang fileserver dati, may virus ang pc pero di naaapektuhan ang fileserver kasi nkalinux.

Since full time ako sa crypto at sinasabay ko ang pagvolunteer sa ngayon, hindi naman ito naging istorbo o naging sanhi ng pagkakaroon ng kumplikasyon sa parehong activity. Kayang-kaya naman imanage kahit na may hinahabol ako na signature quota pero nung nakaraan pressure sya masyado kasi sobrang taas ng required quota dun sa kabilang forum kaya ako lumipat sa mas mababang quota.

•Sapat ba para sayo at sa pamilya mo ang kitaan mo sa mga pinagkakaabalahan mo?
Para sa akin since binata pa naman ako ay sapat at sobra na sa akin yung kinikita ko dito at sa isang work ko as volunteer kahit may kaliitan lang yung incentives ko dun. Iniipon ko lang lahat ng mga nagenerate kong income lalo na sahod ko online pang long term investment ko sya since Bitcoin paying naman ang sig campaigns tapos yung honorarium ko naman doon ko binabawas mga expenses ng mga needs ko since priority ko sya kesa wants.

•Future proof na ba ang iyong income at napundar mula sa iyong source of income? Or may balak kapa na magdiversify into the future proof assets?
Sa tingin ko ay hindi pa future proof ang income at napundar ko lalo na mula sa source ko na crypto pero meron na din naman akong piece of residential at agricultural land na nainherit ko which is matatawag naman nating future proof investment kaya goods na rin. Balak ko din pala na mag-invest sa precious metals in the future depende na lang kung magkaroon ng extra money. About my crypto holdings naman future proof sya kaso paunti-unti lang sya.

•Sa tingin mo ba ay tama ang nagiging desisyon mo sa iyong napili na trabaho o investments or napipilitan ka lang for some reason?

Dapat mas maging mahigpit ang Government sa mga ganyang company or users na patuloy na nangsscam ng mga tao kasi kung light lang ang punishment uulit at uulit lang sila kung hindi man ngayon magllie low lang.

Mas mahigpit na ang government natin since start ng taon, pero marami pa rin ang hindi nahuhuli ^{[unfortunately marami pa rin ang under the radar]}... sa mga possible punishment nila, mukhang mabigat ang mga punishments sa paglabag ng "Cybercrime Prevention Act ^{[refer to CHAPTER III (PENALTIES)]}", pero medyo magaan sa "Securities Regulation Code ^{[PDF ito]}".

          6.3. Pindutin ang Upload Public Key sa Directory Service... -> mag hintay ng saglit bit -> Pindutin ang OK
          Ito ay para i-upload ang Public Key online sa PGP Directory Service
           Kailangan muna tignan kung ang directory domain ay gumagana pa. Kung hindi naman ay maari mong sundan ito.

          6.3.a. Right click -> Pindutin ang Publish on Server
          Kahit matapos ang pag lagay sa server at mayroon pa din nakitang error huwag ka mag alala. Hindi mo kailangan ng server sa iyong public key. Maari mo itong ilagay sa iyong kompuyer.

I don't visit the Philippines local board, but from Rikafip's thread on local board activity, i can see that your local board is active, but the merit distribution is quite low, so you guys prolly need a merit source. I support your merit source application and hopefully Theymos will consider you for the "job", there are quite a lot of people waiting in the pipeline for a long time now and maybe it is time for the admin to add new MS's.

PH is one of the active local board in the forum that has low merit distribution since most of the user doesn’t have any smerit to share due to lack of merit source.

It is concerning that a board that is actively involved has been without a merit source for the past two years. Based on monthly local board activity statistics provided by Rikafip, the Philippines ranks ninth among all active boards.

According to the testimony of a few local board members, Cryptoadditchie will be a reliable source of merit. I have always supported every application for merit source because quality posts deserve to be merited. And the greater the number of these volunteers, the better the chances of spreading merits. There are still applications that have not been addressed. But hopefully, your request will receive good speed. Good luck.

I support your merit source application since the merit sources that we had that I know of are now inactive, perhaps with a new merit source that is active in the Pilipinas local board the merit distribution will increase and perhaps that includes the overall activity in the local board. I don't know if Theymos will ever appoint you as a merit source since he is very picky when adding a merit source but I hope he does.

I fully support your application as there are always new merit sources are needed for local board who're active members of the forum. I remembered when I do some merit giveaway for  local for lower rank users. It seems some merit sources like such like suchmoon and DdmrDdmr gives away their share that time for some users. Missing this time where merits are highly flowing in PH. I am not a merit source during that time but since I got some smerits choose to allocate it to my fellow users in an old fashion scale way. So if ever you give me chance theymos, rest assured I'll do it in appropriate approach to distribute those merit allocations.

Thanks mate. Yeah local boards are quite different from glibal merit sources where they can scan a lot of section for potential post. In local were gonna reward those users based on their post there.

Yes this is my plee with theymos since the only user capable of giving and alloting on each local boards are definitely those who are from there. Unless global MS would do some efforts to translate and scan each post isnt it. Yeah Im also in for the merit source wait listing. Haha, maybe it time to push for new addition of MS.

I would roughly say that there are 5-10 members who have publicly expressed their interest in becoming an merit source, and some did it a few years ago, while others like me only recently. It is a process that can take a really long time, and it can be just the opposite - we can only assume that there is an optimal number of MS that the admin thinks should exist.

It is to be assumed that new sources get a chance only when some of the existing ones ask not to be so anymore or when they simply stop being active.
