That 250K wager within 30 days is manageable and good since all games is counted not slot games only.

A 1000$ rewards on 250K is reasonable since there will be other bonuses such as rakeback and level up rewards(assumption) when I accumulate that wager.

It's about the license they're own. The other casino you're using could be not using the same license with BETMODE, meaning in BETMODE you can get restricted but in other casino is not. Have you check ?

I think it has nothing to do with license, as long as I know Philippines is one of the restricted by Pragmatic Play in general.
At least I some casino provides the list of restricted countries by providers such as below images:

If the casino doesn't allow gamblers from any particular country, the Philippines in this case, then it is better to avoid gambling there. Even if people can sign up through VPN, they will still have a hard time doing KYC. If you’re restricted from playing certain games from third-party providers but can still play other games, then the restriction comes from the game provider itself, not the casino. Actually, in some cases, the game provider might restrict you from playing specific games but still allow you to play its other games.

I dont think it is a big issue, I've done it in several different casinos and there is no single issue when it comes to KYC although I use VPN most of the time. As long as we use VPN is not to bypass country restriction and as long as the casino is allowing us to use VPN to bypass providers restriction, we are good to go.
