What I see is even like degradation because the prizepool of the regular tournament (daily and weekly) is now deducted by 50%. Weekly race was with $2500 and now it is $1250 only while the daily was $500 and now it is $125. The other promotions seems to be discontinued as well, like the $1000 reward for wagering $250k within 30days after registration. The signature campaign is stopped as well, so maybe betmode is doing marketing efficiency at the moment.

I won 200$ on the weekly wager tournament over 1 month ago but they did not pay my prize. They told me that they did pay me and i told them i never received the 200$ and that they can check my account. If someone deposit money in betmode or get a prize then everyone can see it on the Profile but i never had a 200$ deposit on my account. They told me that they will check it but now they dont answer anymore.

And i also did not received 5th and 6th btc Prediction prize

That's bad if they missed out to pay the prizes on their past prediction contest since this could provably make people think that there's shady thing happened on their casino.

Also it seems that there's no one raising that concern about them not paying their obligations to their past BTC prediction participants. But hopefully the winners will get  compensated since if it happens that they abandon this forum and left some obligations to people maybe this is the reason that people would lose their trust on Betmode. I also guess that contacting their support is the only thing they could do for now since their representative is seems not active here anymore.

That's quite sad to know. I haven't been playing there in the recent times, but if my memory is right. I participated in one of their contests back then and got paid though the prize took a while to get deposited in the account

I am unsure but they are still running and paying signature campaign participants. There are two possibilities: they sent the campaign fund to manager for a long time of campaign payment so that the manager could pay participants without latest communication and fund refill from the Betmode team. Another possibility is they have been still actively with communication to campaign manager and made fund refill very recently.

Anyway, they need to pay winners of their contests as soon as possible but I believe they will do it.

Maybe the marketing team knows more about what's going on? It would be nice to update the participants rather than them staying in the dark.

We soon will know about that when they are active again or when the signature campaign stops because of no more fund refill. Then we will know that it is only a temporary of their marketing staff's inactivity or something worse has been happening recent weeks.

I checked their casino bankroll since it’s displayed on their home page but I notice a slightly decreased on the amount despite Bitcoin is still above 100K.

The last time I check its value is above 200K when Bitcoin price is below 100K. Although the amount decreased is not that significant it’s just not adding up when crypto price is high.

Based on some stories I've heard from my friends, they used to make a mistake when distributing rewards (mostly double reward) so maybe missing payment is also a glitch on their system.

Normally there should be a 200$ deposit made from betmode but i did not received one. The thing is that i had checked the other top Players from that weekly tournament and they had received the prize so i believe they did not pay me by mistake. At 13th may i have write them an email that i did not received the reward but they never answer. At 15th may i have write a ticket on their discord server. At 30th may they answer me for the first time and on 31th they told me that they will check my account after i explain them everything. After that they stoped to respond.

I have no experience in this casino but is this their standard of service while responding to user's complaint?
Or maybe this casino has no enough resources/staffs to handle support system so it takes too long just for a simple answer.

That situation is very disappointing especially that you need to get an immediate clarification on your inquiries.

If they perform so bad especially on their support department many people would start to doubt or maybe think about that they are not good casino to deal with.

So if they really want to run a serious business here they better hire more staff to handle their support well. Since if they remain to be like that and people will continue to get disappointed the way they receive late response from them then provably that many gamblers would stay away on their casino.
