I believe it's possible, but nothing here is completely guaranteed to happen as expected. The final 3 months of 2024 and the beginning of 2025 promise to be a great season for Bitcoin. At least, that is we have been hoping for since pre-halving times, in the beginning of 2024.

Exactly, there is no guaranteed that with the remaining months of the year BTC will hit $100k. I am bullish but I don't think that we'd see even close to $100k by this year. 2025 is likely the pattern of every bull run where we'd see the peak of BTC. While this year is the halving year, I do not think that we'll be too optimistic by the end of 2024.

A new ATH has been achieved this year March which no one expected but that doesn't mean that bitcoin price will not go above 73k this year. US election is what most investors are waiting for it to come and go so that one can see the impact that it will have on bitcoin price. I hope to see 80k by the end of this year.

That's true, it is surprising that we'd see the last ATH was broken pre-halving and that looks interesting for this cycle. A lot of things can happen but don't expect so much for us to be surprised if something new happens.

Some experts said so, but it is not always certain that price will go as people have predicted it. I do think that the price of Bitcoin can actually reach $100k between now and December but I know it's just a probability, it might or might not.

You are actually right I don't think anybody can predict the price of Bitcoin if it will actually hit $100k from now till December or not all what we are doing is speculation I don't think we will be seeing Bitcoin price hit $100k from now till December but we should expect it next year 2025.
The volatile nature of Bitcoin has made the price to be uncertain and unstable making it to go up and down, just as you have said the price might reach $100k from now till year ending or it might not.

I believe Bitcoin will hit $100k but I am not sure if that happen in this 3 months. The pattern of Bitcoin movement now is different than a few years ago because there are many aspects that interfere Bitcoin moves. You can see what happen to Bitcoin now while many bad and good news release and makes Bitcoin movements are not stable.

Besides that, Bitcoin price now is at $62k, higher than few days ago after gets the correction. We can hope that Bitcoin will increase in this 3 months and reach $100k by the end of this year. People will happy if Bitcoin can increase in the end of this year because they can celebrate the new years by making a big profit.

There are already plenty of bullish threads here on the forum(including yours), so I believe that $100k is definitely possible. Once the bull run kicks in, it’s going to break the ATH, and after that, Bitcoin is headed to the moon. While these are just speculations, history has proven that even bad economic news can't stop Bitcoin from pumping when the right time comes. And I think that time has arrived, with bullish trends starting to show up.

We cannot assert that bitcoin will definitely grow and reach $100k in the next 3 months just because there are many optimistic topics about bitcoin or just because people are expecting it to happen. If bitcoin moved as people expected, it would have hit $100k  a long time ago and we wouldn't have had to wait this long.

I agree with you that although macro news is having a significant impact on the market, if the market wants to go up, nothing can stop it. Markets don't always react to news, sometimes they react completely opposite. But I think to know exactly whether history will repeat itself, we need to wait and see what happens this month. It is too early to make any statements at this point.

Of course Bitcoin has a bullish candlestick at the end of the year especially from October to the end of December. I had the same expectations this year but suddenly there was a big lack of confidence in the market. Due to which the market deviates from the normal track. However, I strongly believe that the recent trend of war between Israel and Iran could cause the market to turn bearish again. And if there is an amicable solution to this situation or if the war stopped, then we will definitely be able to reach that goal. But I think if Bitcoin price doesn't rise this year then we could definitely see a big bull run next year where we can see bitcoin price 100k as expectation.

No matter what we think, we don't know the future. Sure, we can see prices going up right now, but that doesn't mean it’s set in stone. Prices can fluctuate any time—what goes up this month might go down next month. So many factors can influence these changes!

But no matter what happens, I truly believe that Bitcoin will remain trusted and profitable. I would still feel enough even if it only hits $80k; it's going to be the all-time high this year! We consider every day as an exciting moment for bitcoin since we never know what is coming.

It's surprising that everyone is lamenting that bitcoin price will hit 100k this October and also December time, I don't know what you guys see in October and December that makes many bitcoin predictors to continue to propose such, bitcoin is a currency that get increased unexpectedly and the way I'm seeing this October is showing a sign of bitcoin to experience bearish, because we entered October the price of bitcoin has being changing and if time is not taken the price will reduce beyond our expectation, we need to understand some certain things in cryptocurrency.

Due to the highily liquidation of Bitcoin, we would always keep making unpredictable guestures about Bitcoin future price.

If we have to consider the Bitcoin price history repeating itself, it is still going to be unreliable for us to determine.
Let's take us back a little.... 2013 Bitcoin ATH took place on December followed by 2017 still December but due to the advance liquidation on the basis of time after time, the frame gaps did not go cordially as the 2021 ATH was expected to also happen in December but was finally on April.
Also as for the upcoming bull-run ATH, we still don't know the month it would come but we only know it would come by 2025.

As for me, I take making future price predictions to be mere fun as it can not be reliable. Infact, it becomes a headache to investors who believes on predictions because there they anticipates false fully with the hope of getting what they want in a specific period of time with their holding and at last, they are disappointed.

October, November and December 2024, outside maybe we will find and see a million speculations and predictions analyzed by many people and experts, but that is just speculation, nothing more, two things may happen and may not happen.

For me, there is no speculation about the price of Bitcoin, but it never occurred to me that the price of Bitcoin could reach the $100k level, I just stick to the experience that has occurred over the years, we have known Bitcoin for 15 years, we have gone through and experienced several halving cycles for Bitcoin, one year after the halving occurred there was no further increase for Bitcoin, if even then there was only a few percentages, for that speculation I am not sure the price of Bitcoin can reach $100k in a matter of 3 months Maybe in the next three years that could happen.

Optimistic about the new ATH is of course there, we see the history of the cycle is always impressive with high spikes so that's why 2025 is a reference for me that $100K will happen for whatever reason we have believed the prediction.

At least the end of the year now $80K might be possible for bitcoin.

Highly doubt it.  I'm more of the opinion that we'd see anything past 100k after the year, maybe a couple of months after the start of next year. This was something I was already assuming a few months back already, I'm only expecting around 75k ish max? at the end of the year. It is technically a new ATH already so I'm expecting some resistance, and even if it goes past 80k again, resistance should still come into play.

And no matter how I see it, that's a 30% ish increase in 3 months. On average, that's a 10% increase per month. Definitely don't see that happening. Maybe in the past but now? Nope.

In first super cycle, the first peak happened on December.
In second super cycle, the first peak happened on January.
In third super cycle, the second peak happened on February.

In the next three months is early January, if we take a look with above pattern, it means the first peak would happen on March, so I don't believe Bitcoin will hit $100K in January. My prediction it will happen on March.

I just believe that by the end of this year, there will be a price increase that may reach a new ATH. Reaching $100k is certainly a pleasant thing for all current holders. But seeing it by the end of this year, it may happen, it may not. I still doubt it. If it can't reach the target by the end of this year, maybe we can see it in a few months early next year. We are on a good trend, we all think positively about October and the end of this year. But we have to see how Bitcoin is until the end of this month first.

Since we already experienced halving, and everyone is just expecting bull run to start, but it hasn’t happened yet, so let’s just keep on waiting, let’s keep on accumulating bitcoin and holding the ones that we are having. History might not repeat itself this time around, but I can’t say the price at which bitcoin will go within a specific time, and I don’t think anyone knows when the bull run will be starting, even as we all expect it to happen soon, let’s just keep calm, and let’s keep on monitoring the market.

A new ATH is always expected after a halving, but bitcoin has hit ATH before the halving. There is still plenty of time to hope for a high ATH after the halving and we are on the way to getting there. I'm just not optimistic that $100k can be achieved this year, even if it could then it would definitely be very satisfying.

Think - if by the end of the year we can reach $100K that's great.
If not - we can still wait until next year because that will be the last hope.

The long time still means there is still time for me to accumulate more bitcoins before $100K.

18 months after the halving is the best time to wait for the peak of bitcoin's best cycle. ATH will be achieved within that time frame and I am sure it will be achieved. If this year it fails to rise in the $100k range, then we can still wait for next year, even until the end of the year. A year is not a long time to wait, especially to generate worth it returns.

Can Bitcoin really shoot up to $100k in just three months? I mean sure, we have seen some crazy spikes before so I guess anything is possible.  But predicting Bitcoin's price is a total crapshoot - no one really knows whatll happen next. 

This much I do know, each market cycle has played out differently in the past.  And there is a buttload of stuff that impacts Bitcoin's value - the economy, regulations, investor enthusiasm.  So whether we hit a new all-time high by New Year's?  Maybe.  Guess well have to wait and see how the cards fall over the next few months.

Using past event to judge currently will not help rather why not hold and wait, bitcoin reaching 100k and beyond is certain definitely. The time range can be a little difficult predicting when but setting the time using October _ December  might be accurate, I have seen a lot of articles talk about October concerning bitcoin price and it seems bitcoin price will be more better during this time although why not wait till it reaches 100k then we’ll determine if bitcoin has gotten another circle because with the view of past event and present I don’t think bitcoin will move in a particular direction, we just have to accept the market but, I don’t see bitcoin price skyrocketing to such amount within little period.

Reviewing the history of past bitcoin halving shows that the market is bullish during these three months from October to December of the halving year. But so far this October, the market is around $60,000, which means that it is not possible to accurately say whether the Bitcoin market will break the highs of the past, ie ATH, by the end of this year. However, Bitcoin will not exceed $100k in 2024 but will touch the $100k milestone in 2025.

I believe bitcoin is going to hit 100k, but I don’t really know when that’s going to happen, but from the way bitcoin has been moving, then let’s expect that to happen soon. I don’t really set a time frame for myself, I do expect anything from bitcoin at any time, so from now till December, let’s just wait patiently and see how bitcoin is going to perform, because I don’t really think making predictions will change the market or pump bitcoin, but we shouldn’t make our expectations so high, don’t be surprised if bitcoin doesn’t get to 100k before December.
