Most of those content creators you see only first start with sharing useful information to gather the audience that they need, and when they have that audience, their target now is not just on the click and the view.

Yeah, definitely!  I have been following cryptocurrencies for some time now.  Theres certainly no shortage of content, though the quality varies.  Some spread misinformation without really understanding the space and  the promises of quick wealth often lack nuance. 

It iis easy to get caught up in the hype, especially with all the airdrops and tap-to-earn schemes floating around. But I would advise careful study before investing in lesser known projects. Distilling signal from noise is key.  With realistic expectations and diligence, it can be rewarding to participate.  But promises of easy fortunes and the hype around pump-and-dump schemes should always give pause.

Not common and I've seen lots of YouTube influencers doing this for a long time.
I mean for the sake of money, they will do everything even it costs the money of their followers. Do they care about them? If yes then they supposedly not to promote any project that has any use case, no good potential and has obvious red flags on it. Unfortunately, some influencers doesn't have any empathy to them hence, they will promote any project that they want as long as they're getting paid.

On the other hand, us investors can't sue them because of the phrase "This is just a financial advice, blah blah blah", and they're using this phrase as their way out just in case things will go south and will not favor them. Like you, I've also seen many investors losing their money because they bought the token that the influencers that they're following recommended only to end up losing all of ther money because it dipped so hard that they can't even sell it at all. It's just sad that's why I always say that don't follow these influencers especially those who are promoting shitty projects on their website. If you still want to watch them then at least don't buy the tokens of the project that they're promoting especially if you know that there are many red flags on it.

You are not far from the truth concerning the so called influencers, I have read their contents and see the kind of projects they promote and to be sincere I have not be too impressed with most of them, they are actually after the money this projects will give them either through the airdrops or through the ambassadorship or say jobs they do. Crypto influencers are a problem. It is not all of them though but most of care only for their pockets. They thrive on the leading newbies astray with a lot of misinformation and sadly because newbies do not like to Do their own research. I think that older crypto contents creators have the correct and authentic info to share rather than the new ones who instead get more audience from their giveaway. First thing to look if the content makers is really for right information is they post legitimate educational information about crypto and answer questions people towards the topic discussed or other thing he want to raised.

But if the content make is shilling something like meme coin,hyip investment or other thing related to high risk obvious scams then they are not good to follow. So with those cases newbie people should really be careful for those kind of people since for sure that they are not for their community but rather for the earnings of the contents they made since what they going after is the money from the traffic generated or referrals and payments from their promotion on those scams.

Realistically speaking there's no easy quick rich schemes on crypto and people should realize that. If someone saying or promoting its easy to earn money here then definitely its a scam, hopefully people would realize and take that as a red flag.

The problem is not even about this crypto contents creators because they are only concerned about the rewards they would earn from the builders of those crypto games when people view their contents, follow, like and share them to other social platforms though i don't blame some persons because since they are fans of that particular influencer or content creator they will assume that what ever information they pass across to them is legit without caring to do their own research. If you rely on content makers to get information on fundamentals and updates of projects you are interested in investment in near future or already invested money in, it's one of most risky and stupid things to as investors.

Because content makers mostly don't care about facts, accuracy in their content, they want traffics, money from their content and you know about risk of misleading content, clickbait content. With Internet, and powerful search engines, it is very easy to search for information you need, and stop your dependence on content makers.

This is another risk but let's say it's risk for some and chances for others. In a bull market, people can make money easily through retroactive airdrop jobs, and they will use such free money too carelessly. It means they will be most vulnerable participants in the market, to lose money to scam altcoins. It will give intelligent investors great opportunities to get profit from airdrop receivers' money. Capital in the market will switch from shitcoins to best coins and if intelligent investors can make smart purchases, hold their good coins, and wait for capital flow from airdrop receivers, they will x their portfolio value easily.

I would love to consume and think of any event with my own brain cells instead of someone opposing me their thoughts into my mind. Nobody over social media are trying to make you money for free, instead they are trying to convert you as their product, making you as their exit liquidity is one of the thing, sometime they also have sponsored content as well, shilling hard for the coin just because they got paid, and once people got rekt because the coin dumped big time, they try to wash their hand. I still remember how some of the top ranked coin paid CT to shill and the paid rate is hundred thousand dollars sometime millions.

In twitter alone there has been so many CT exposed, trying to shill and hide behind the word "not financial advice" so they won't be accountable if things go south, but really, if anyone is putting that much effort into constantly making shill and trying to create content about certain low mcap coin, just avoid it, big fat chance it's just a trap.

This is very good, not many people think like you. But I agree, the best thing about the issue of harmful content is self-control. The trick is to become more understanding, knowledgeable, thorough, looking for the best validation for the truth. From some of the things I saw, were promotional content, educational content, content looking for supporters.
