And I love the fact that the us government have a disciplinary action on those that are misleading people just because they know that what ever they bring people will want to follow but if they see that people are held accountable for misleading people will actually learn, people love content makers but they are selfish and they will only promote when it is beneficial regardless of the project.

Most of these content makers don't have any knowledge or experience in the crypto industry, so listening to and applying the advice they give is risky.  Engaging in intensive research is not non-negotiable because scam projects have been on the increase and they are getting more sophisticated. It is not bad to hear or learn from people who know the crypto industry, but be sure to verify everything you were taught.

Majority of them have zero knowledge but most of this ideas are given to them by people and they see as a way of making money out of people which is very wrong but do they really care about how the people feel about when things go wrong. Just that issues like this depends on the country and how tight they are if not you won't promote a scam project and go Scott free. So that you don't do it next time. Only few influencers know about crypto and those once are dedicated to make crypto contents.

Some of this crypto content makers are after profit and not really building a community because  initially I thought once you see a crypto project and you go to their Twitter page check their following, check their content, check big accounts that are backing them and you see updates then you are good to go.  But over time I got to understand that some of this project can buy accounts, pay big accounts to sell out their projects and some of these projects use those accounts that already have large followings for whatever scam they want to execute and some of the big accounts following this project are paid to promote them so whatever they put out to get the traction the project needs and they get their money is what they do.

Just know that it's not about big accounts it's not about content, you need to pay attention to white papers details, you need to pay attention to the pattern if they are really sincere about what they say. Don't trust the information you see on these crypto content creators' accounts because some of them are being paid to back up a project just so it gets people to participate in the project.

So we must really be careful about these scam projects, don't let the rush for quick money or destination to cash out big cause you to fall for scam. Invest in only what you know and trust so you will not lose your hard-earned money to them, the economy is already hard enough to insure losses.

At first I will say most crypto content makers are doing a great  work keeping users updated, especially those content makers from X (formally known as twitter) . But they are some that are still misleading users especially newbies, especially in this telegram mini apps season, ever since $Not got listed and alot of users who farmed it , endup with some good reward, which have on boarded alot of users to this space .

Well days back I came across a Crypto content maker advising folks to invest in a certain shitcoin from tg mini apps that got listed ,  a project without any good potential, project that let their community down , and now the coin as dip massively and I believe alot of folks got reckt in the process. One thing you guys need to know is that most of this so called Crypto content makers on social media are only interested on your reaction and stuff, most of them don't have the proper knowledge about this space , so be careful at there.

Is not bad to do airdrops but always participate in it with caution,  And don't forget to always DYOR ,  And if you want to invest, you can invest on bitcoin to be in a safer side , because most projects at there are pump and dump.


So work on your get rich quick mentality, take your time and learn , gather good knowledge, this space is not all about tap-to-earn alone there are more to it than that .

Yes you are right sadly most online content creators care more about making money than helping their audience. They say what is popular instead of sharing useful ideas. It is hard to find creators who share valuable content without thinking about getting more subscribers and money. Crypto world has big problem with fake accounts and paid followers. Projects mostly use cheap advertising to spread false information. To avoid being tricked by scam projects it is crucial to do research and check project code. Even official documents can be copied and leaders might be fake. Checking if project is legitimate requires careful investigation and fact checking.

It is also difficult to detect the defense of newly born coins/tokens and quickly listed on certain exchanges, this is because currently the number is increasing day by day after their campaign and I have a feeling that it will be clearly visible over time.

If anyone finds this forum in their early days, they are lucky to discover millions of truth about bitcoins . You see those content creators or influencer to say, are been paid to do their job, so they are working for money and they do not really care about their followers, even if they do, they do that after they have posted wrong info then returning to beg them that they are sorry after they have mad a lot of people loose money to wrong project.

Sometimes this influencers are part of this  project and they use the opportunity they make it known to their innocent community.

You don't crypto content makers and alt/shitcoin shillers if you only use bitcoin. You wouldn't need them unless you thought you were late to the bitcoin party and what you are left with is finding a new bitcoin. The truth is, there will never be a new bitcoin because the coins that have come out after it were created for selfish reasons: make a small community of developers and team members rich on your expense.

Content creators are business people that will promote anything for a price, to most of them it doesn't matter if the project is a scam, as far as they are getting paid. If most newbies in the crypto space knows this they will not be in a hurry to believe everything that they hear. I was on X on Tuesday which happened to be 8 of October and they were all ranting about the last one they did, the ticket name is CATS and I think that is the worst of all airdrop they have done so far, the influencers were also paid and the highest money they made from the mini tap game was $300, despite paying huge amount of tons for transaction, they didn't make much money and for that many of them has concluded that airdrop is dead and I was just laughing reading the comments.

I think the bull run many people expected and never had is making them go through a lot of things and doing anything to make money because most of the alts aren't moving. Even the memes aren't longer paying the bills and it's pathetic how people are just creating animal names just to pump their bags, some of the content creators hunt each same traps.

Most of those content creators you see only first start with sharing useful information to gather the audience that they need, and when they have that audience, their target now is not just on the click and the view.
 
But rather on deals with those projects they get paid more to spread lies and promote scam projects than the payment they receive on engagement, which is why believing everything they say it's at the person's risk, all I do is pick a few pieces of information that's worth it and do my own research. I don't invest in airdrop projects to start with myself.

It has always been deals with crypto projects from the beginning especially those that shill particular token or coin. Their motivation is just the money and how they will get the money is where their loyalty lies and not what happens to those who consume their content. As you know, they will always say  nice things about the project, even those that were setup as scam from the beginning. There are some genuine content creators that have compassion to their viewers. But the majority of them is like that. They wouldn't mind promoting projects and information to mislead a lot of people, newbies and not. They should be more careful in what they promote and just like what we're saying, they also need to DYOR. It is not even entirely the fault of the people who create these contents, i blame the people who invest in projects such as these, they should know that it is either you are extremely lucky and you make some money from them or you get burnt; that's why they are called pump and dump coins. The projects that pumped didn't do so because they had any potential, it was just because of the hype, so you can't blame the influencers when the next project didn't generate enough hype for it to pump.

To some extent, I won't blame those influencers but I will blame those who blindly follow them to invest in whatever the influencers shill for them. It is very possible that they don't have any interest in the shitcoins that they're promoting.
