But the minority who notices it and appeal to bargain are able to convince the sellers to decrease the prices to more reasonable digits. Both, sellers and buyers, win in this case. So I see only pros in bargaining.

I think It is wrong approach to charge more than your profit is considered fraud because such people are innocent whose innocence is taken advantage of.There are some people who keep their profit and provide things further, but some give more money than that.  Which spoils their quality and reputation as they can be known as a fraud in the market.I also do not believe in doing any work that harms anyone.Working on interest has become very much in today's era.

But with the current technology that we have, we can now easily browse over the net, the prices and other details. Hence, we can easily compare prices just by using smartphone and net. So sellers are now also competing with online merchants, they are lowering their prices because the competition is getting tough. Otherwise, they will just have old stocks and won't gain profits. Remember, items are getting cheaper everyday because of its availability in the market.

This is why, the goal of most merchants is to sell fast even if they have little profits. At least, the turn-over of their goods is fast. In my case, I am more on quality vs quantity. I will prefer pricier item but if it will last long, I would consider buying it. Besides, I will only buy if I really need it.

 Most times I would not be too bothered about the price of products if I think they're worth it, or if I think that's actual price of the product, whether I can easily afford the price or not.  And I often times price things quite low when I'm not sure about the real price or the true worth/value, hoping to get the sellers bring them lower down to their actual worth. Some sellers tend to move things up too high if they think they are uncommon and attractive, or the buyers are rich. Once I suspect this kind of sellers I either bargain hard, tell them I'm not too rich or check somewhere else where I will try to appear not-too-rich or pretend to be already familiar with the products

All the people who have strong finances will generally practice price comparison and it's just the most basic common sense. Even saving $5 here or there can really add up over time, and the best way of justifying it can be to compare against the hourly minimum wage which many people live on. If you are making $15 an hour in your job and can save $10 on your purchase, that is 40 minutes of your time that you have potentially saved in order to afford this item. Retailers are constantly running all sorts of promotions and competing for your business, throwing vouchers and special promotions at new customers, so spend the 1 minute it takes to do a google search and make your money go much further.

For example it might be better to go for a middle of the road price with a more established retailer than go for the cheapest from a private business.

Here you are using word free market which I also hear and read on many places, but it's not work for all because here where I am living we can bargain on small shops or those are selling things on stalls or footpaths but if you are in big mall or Branded Store they never like to bargain or have talked about price because things are already fixed just talk about quality and colour or other details about product then you have to pay price which is already submitted on product.

I personally love to bargain and have talked about this product, but usually they never allow which is really embarrassing because I have right, and I want to talk, but they are not allowing even in big markets they never do things like these in our country which is the problem, but we are living in these conditions and never had talk about this problem because law is also always favorable for them in many cases.

Most people want to value their time better and not waste it with looking through constant price comparisons and reviews across a whole range of choices, it can be a handful to do so and a job in itself.   Depends how much you earn I guess because if you aint got alot you got to find ways to make it go as far as possible and there is alot of ignorance of perfectly good products that arent premium perfect as the leading brand.

I think we're living in a world of brand names and even when shopping people go with a shop they like and rely on the shop to have some value but also quality control.   You can waste your time looking for a cheap product and just get a bad clone of the properly produced quality controlled item that you should be getting.  Thats a common mistake to ignore the value of a guarantee or even the quality make that never fails, it can work out cheaper.

Products that are sold online are expected to be at least a little bit cheaper than products sold in physical stores located at the mall for example. Aside from the product, the store also needs to pay for their location and other bills that it takes to operate the whole store. Which is why I understand that their products are going to be a lot more expensive.

E-commerce products are not only cheaper but also easier to purchase since you don’t need to actually go out and get yourself the product. The shipping fee may cost quite a bit but you need to check if it’s actually cheaper than the product at the mall and whether it doesn’t really matter where you buy it and the product is priced almost the same anywhere.

We can check the price or compare the price with one item in many online stores, because if we shop online of course we will not be able to bargain if we buy it directly from the store. By shopping in a direct store we can only rely on discounts or promos to reduce the price or shipping costs.

Comparing prices is normal, it has become a habit for me, the most important thing is that it does not take too much of your time, you are right in comparing that saved money can be equal to earned money, but in the same way time spent searching for the best price can be considered wasted time for which you have not earned anything. Although we do not work all our time, but in addition to work we have families that also need to devote time, so we need to rationally evaluate whether the time spent is worth the amount we can save.
