It's funny how all these things you highlighted for the government to do for citizens to pay taxes are too extreme reason being that they are corrupt and it's like asking for too much. Perhaps you could have included an increase in minimum wage per annum. It is impossible to see a government do that. Honestly, taxes shouldn't be increased if the minimum wage is not increased. If increased, it will have a severe effect on those who are receiving equal or less of the minimum wage.

Don't expect the government to increase income. The company or industry we are working in is responsible for doing that. Your statement is at point because don't take any action which will damage to them  in future. Government will increase taxes when it will  get loan from IMF or any other foreign country. Government have to pay installments of the debt which it took in past . Totally that impossible that the government doesnt really know on whats happening around.It is really just that depending whether they do make themselves being naive or just totally denying on what they are currently seeing and just do let things happen accordingly. For those who are sitting on the middle class to poor ones then increasing that taxes will really be taking a toll into their living specially to those who are on these classes. We do really wish that there would really be some at least trying out to have that balance but there are indeed things that cant really be controlled by the government even if they wanted into. I think what needs to be done to improve this situation is to create employment opportunities. If there is no business in the country, then it will not be possible to create employment. The government of a country alone will never be able to bring such a large population under employment. Moreover, the government of that country is usually the richest and economically powerful, where the common people are rich, where private institutions are more than government institutions.

In a well organized country, before the government adjusts taxes which in either way of increasing or reducing will be reflected to atleast take the middle classes payrolls and income, there should always be a transparent awareness to how the economy has been affected before taking a sole action especially to the increase of taxes.

In general, what you said does seem wiser for the lives of the people in a country, but some developing countries seem unable to eliminate direct taxation from their own people so they still have to implement it until now. But I think if the percentage of tax continues to increase, of course it will be more burdensome for the people to pay it every year so that the state seems unable to provide welfare for the people when the development in the country still looks mediocre. This is what less taxing should have been about, when debt is considered. I always think employment means a lot, but not every business could have 100k+ employees when they grow, they can hire as much as they can of course, but not every business can do that, so it's definitely not that simple at all, would be pretty tough to do that.

But what they do is, they could own another business and then another, which would increase their amount of employees. So instead of going vertical with one business, they would go horizontal with many. In that situation, they can reach higher numbers employed. And that should help them with tax, the more they employ, the more tax benefit they should get. Debt of silly stuff they do, getting taken out of tax calculations, doesn't help anyone at all. Sure they might be growing, but they are fake taking debt at this point just to avoid paying huge taxes, and when you look at them on paper, you realize they can pay way more tax and still be in profit and they are not.
