Hi guys,

New to the forum, I have been recommended to post here due to my bitcoins being stolen over the weekend. Its not a huge amount (0.07) but has taken me the best part of 4 months to mine them! lol

https://blockchain.info/address/1DydzkrutkVTuqoYZPFfWVmKxaJPk1vFwz

This is the transaction...
https://blockchain.info/tx/0bd4c7ce0ef052f1e9f793fa85d7a97ba0289313e5faf1b6572fa4117039ad6b

My wallet was encrypted however they still managed to do the transaction and wipe me out. Is there anything that can be done?

Thanks

Most likely there is nothing that can be done. Can I ask what your setup was? Offline? Paper Wallet ? Normal wallet on hot computer?

The whole point of Bitcoin is that it is irreversible so unfortunately you're not going to be able to get them back. The best you can do is figure out your security flaw and patch that ASAP.

Where is your wallet stored and for how long has it been encrypted?

That sounds like a good theory. You said you had done some mining. I wonder if the keylogger was hidden in software related to mining. I say this because there are a lot of trojan mining products out there. It makes sense to be suspicious of any bitcoin related software because the bad guy can target people who are likely to own some BTC.

Anyway, sorry man. I'm afraid it is probably gone.
