[BC.Game VIP Host Misty refuses to explain no bonus *Screenshots included*]

Not a single member of their customer support team responds to me, or even types out a non-canned response. I've tried Discord (banned), Telegram (banned), VIP Host (who I think has been embezzling my bonuses this entire time), support@bc.game and "expedited support", who simply tell me to try someone else.

I also calculated $229 in tips I sent

My UID: 3449933 in case someone asks

For the past 10 days, I've been battling my VIP host for my lossback bonus, which according to my calculation, should qualify since I have a qualifying total of -$399 (-$250 required)

here is the math:

-$716.21 (deposits which weren't withdrawn) + ($87.50 [withdrawals] + $229 [tips] ) = $-399

I have included my transactions, and the chat between my host and I.

All I want is an explanation from her, or ANYONE at BC.Game, why I'm being told this number -$130, (specifically for the dates she quotes) rather than my number? (-$399)

Again, just want an explanation of how she gets her number, and maybe why she completely refuses to explain how she got that.


EDIT: Amazing what happens when pressure is applied, problem is, she creates more questions, like why are we using a 23 day time period for lossback tracking, or how did the computer system miss the deposit calculation, the withdrawal calculation, AND the tip calculation?

Well, I can't see any of your screenshot, it's way too small that I don't think I can read them even if I try. So I'll just ask. By the edit, were the case resolved? You got what you wanted?

One thing that might worth clarifying, what pressure? Your thread has no comments yet. Other than me, the overseer are not watching this thread yet, so that pressure is... currently nonexistent. I think [suppose this case resolved] it's more because you finally communicate your question better and/or your host managed to grasp what you tried to get, thus providing it.

I also have Misty, she really is a strange host. I had Ronny or whatever his name was before and he was much better, but also kinda strange, just as most of the people there.
Anyway, even if you get the loss back we are just talking about an amount of 27-30$, so I don't see any chance you host would be pocketing such a small amount. 

Second, since it's hard to tell from the too small screenshots, did you make substantial deposits the day you made the accusation? Just asking because deposits of for example the 9th only make it into the lossback calculation on the next day, the 10th. So even if I lose 1000$ today I cannot at for a lossback right now, I would always have to wait until the next day.

Im trying not to take last issue's bias moving into this one. But literally, she continually gives me different numbers for my losses, refuses to show me her math, or the systems, and I ALWAYS get $32 in lossback bonus whether I deposit and lost $250, or $1500.

I dont visit these boards too often, because, after all, who will watch the watchers at this point? Nothing really perpetuates organic resolution or reputation management as the same people posting here are actively seeking advertising employment from other casinos on the same forum.

Post them through talkimg, that's an image hosting service provided by one of the forum's reputable member.

Moving to your issue with loss-back [again, quite blind here since I have no screenshot and other supporting evidence for reference] if I may apply what happened to other cases and other casinos, loss-back, rakeback, cash-rebate, and other similar scheme where the players are entitled to certain portion of fund after they spend some time, deposit, and loses on a casino, are calculated by a complex formula through multiple factors like house-edge, membership level, PnL, and other factors, that's automatically generated by casino's system. So... yeah, in many ways, casinos' host can't exactly tell you "their math".

Moving to your "issue" about watching the watchers... well, I will leave that unaddressed and let you use your imagination, whichever way you prefer to use it, as talking about it, especially with the way you present it, is rather paradoxical.
