He has a former thread the same with this posting: Hiring discord/telegram moderators for crypto projects! and there were also the same replies about this hiring is misleading.

This dude is a pro scammer and I still don't know why you guys are applying for this shit when he has no project in hand.
He keep creating new account here and changing his discord name so that many of his victim will not notice.
He would send you a link to join his discord community which is full of bots. You will also be instructed to verify your account and if you ignorantly opt in, your account login details would be acquired and will be used to hack your discord account.
Be careful guys!

I've had two similar job offers on this forum where the person would ask to download something. Even after due diligence, I couldn't figure out how the scam worked. What helped me the last time was going through the scammer's posting history. I saw he couldn't be the same chap offering to pay $200/hr. I think it makes sense not to download anything or follow a link. I once made that mistake by clicking a link someone I thought is a friend on Facebook sent, but quickly changed my password when I realized I logged in to their phishing site. Obviously, he had hacked my friend's FB account using the strategy and was targeting all his friends. There are many scammers here but it helps to check post history and never accept any jobs that ask you to download anything or click links and add codes.

There is no possible way of phishing in the matter of the verification we have. I mean, no user without 2fa can join our server, feel free to join the server and review your feedback.

Funny enough, he went through with our verification, he created a ticket but I told him he is not qualified. Right after he dmed me and send weird messages and told me to get cancer. Kids.

Update: just with a quick search found his other alt where i asked him for proof of work about a post we had on upwork and he stopped replying.

What happens is, in my thinking, he found the new upwork post, googled my username, found this post, applied, he was rejected for the second time and everyone in his village in Lesotho was angry ;( .

Well, your feedback does not concern me specifically but it is genuinly funny the drama it comes from no proof at all and how limited you are to give a feedback just based on someone's random statements.

I'll make the tag a neutral for now. I don't mess with discord much so you could be telling the truth. Feel fre to show screen shots of this guys convo. Might make you a little more believable.

Your aggressiveness kinda makes me want to leave it though. Racial slurs and immature attitude are usually signs of a scammer but as I have 0 proof I'll just put the neutral. Relax a bit and maybe take an anger management class.
