Hello. Today, after two days of verification, sportsbet.io sent a letter stating that my account was closed and the funds were confiscated. I did not violate the rules of this site, I did not have a multi-account, my bets just won at one point and after that I was no longer able to withdraw my funds. I do not recommend this site to anyone.

That's not how scam accusations work here. You have to provide some details, or everyone is going to skip your thread, assuming you are wasting their time. So, I would suggest to follow what Russlenat said and re arrange this thread.

Sportsbet.io is one of the best online casinos out there, and I don't believe they will scam someone for $3600. I am sure you didn't tell us the whole story. Please describe your issue in detail. You should know what you did. If you do not have a multiple accounts, probably your room mate, brother, sister may have an account or you have shared internet connection with someone who also have a sportsbet account. I am just assuming. Or you are probably from a banned region. You should know what your mistake is. I would request jeremypwr to look if possible.

There is something you are not yet telling us. Hope you are not trying to cheat on the gambling site? I mean having two accounts with the site and trying to claim reward in a way that the gambling site sees manipulation or cheating? What is the reason the gambling site stated as the cause of your account being closed? Also you need to let us know the truth. Do you truly not having more than one account on the site? Askgamblers or Casinoguru can be gone for in helping you seek for the truth.

I understand previous replies cause Sportsbet.io has a very good reputation here on the forum and has kept that up for a very long time. I also understand asking for evidence from the op to corroborate their accusation, but I think we should exercise restrain in forming prejudice about the new member making the accusation.

It's possible they did something wrong but blaming them for the situation with no evidence will only discourage other users from making accusations and make out the forum to be biased in judgement.

Yes, my deposit was returned and I am very interested WHY as well.
The support asked me what is my connection to some accounts that I know nothing about, and there was no "dune0scan" name listed there.
So far the only coincidence I see that both of us (or even more if I read through other threads correctly) won some money and didn't get paid.

Look. People know about Sportsbet. They do not confiscate a player's winnings for no reason. There is no way they would cheat someone for $3600 while they spent millions of dollars sponsoring a soccer team. Unfortunately, casinos cannot provide what you are asking for. Suppose you ask them to submit some screenshots from their admin panel where they detected multiple accounts that match their IP, device, or some other information. In that case, it is sensitive information, and no casino would reveal these things on a public forum. But if you are confident that none of your room mates who use your wifi devices created an account and you do not know any of them. You can go for mediators.

Nahh, According to the ToS terms they gave to you as evidence to their action. You account is probably involved on betting syndicate such as tipster website that use match fixing, arbitrage betting and other form of method to take advantage against the casino.

Refunding your deposit is the best you can offer have assuming their case against you has basis since you already breach the casino ToS.

There’s a lot of player on Sportsbet.io and I doubt they will scam you alone inckuding other user that want to butt-in with same issue.

The bookmakers is more than honest, they have years of reputation here to vouch for themselves. If they found a user violate multi-acc ToS, chances are, they do. Casinos spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep updating their algorithm of detection to prevent fraud gamblers.
