Betplays.com scam casino

This is the dumbest scam Casino I ever played in. I choose to play here because some of the Casino review sites have a good score of Betplays.com. everything went smooth till I fully verified my account and tried to cash out just 200 cad (145 usd). First they used small tactics, to delay the process. Betplays kept canceling cash outs asking to fill things on my profile. This took a week. Then on 3d of October, they did not cancel it anymore and asked me to wait 5 business days for my withdrawal (many casinos now pay in seconds, not even minutes...5 days feels like an eternity). After that window time gone, they did not respond me anymore to my emails. Till yesterday where they send an email that my account was blocked with my 305 Cad on it (220 usd) and that I will not being paid. They mentioned rules 3 and 9 which basically is multiaccounting and cheating... Very general accusations. I dared them to give me proof and I will paid out them for every damage I did. But no replies for it. Just general and really no imagination accusations here. I fully verified my account with every document they asked... And I mostly played sports, live betting.  I dare them to give here proof and discredit me here if they have proof of my wrongdoings... (I will email them this link). Until then I really think you should not play on Betplays.com.

These types of violations among gamblers are pretty common. I've seen similar complaints from others but with different casinos. Makes me wonder if they're all using the same system to detect these violations. I’m guessing most account complaints are because of this.

Anyway, I think you’ve done your part by contacting support. You could also try reaching out to their representative on the forum.

They are not the same. It is Betplays.com, different logo. If I did violate that rule of multiaccounting or cheating on any way, for sure I wouldn't accuse them here because they would indeed give proof for everyone to see and discredit me. But who cheats and barely win 150 usd in 2 months... I had many winnings and losing bets which is normal for everyone. They just do not want to pay and they are just scam.

They are not the same. It is Betplays.com, different logo. But who cheats and barely win 150 usd in 2 months... I had many winnings and losing bets which is normal for everyone. They just do not want to pay and they are just scam.

Sorry, I didn’t review it carefully. It’s really tough these days with so many casinos having similar names, so it’s easy to get confused.

Honestly, it’s hard to give an opinion about that casino since they don’t have an ANN thread here, meaning they can’t respond. But from what I’ve seen in cases where a casino accuses a user of multi-accounting, the casino often wins.

I’m not sure what more we can do to help aside from using this thread as a warning for others to double-check the casinos they choose before depositing money. So maybe, if you can’t recover your funds, just treat it as a learning experience. Or, if you want to pursue it further, you could use a site like Casino Guru and ask gambler to fight your case.

If Betplays.com genuinely had proof of any wrongdoing, they should have no problem presenting it instead of issuing vague accusations. The fact that they canceled your withdrawal and then blocked your account after a week of stalling tactics really makes this situation feel suspicious. He needs a mediator like casino.guru or askgamblers that you mentioned because the gambling site will not want to post anything related to the issue on this forum because of the user's privacy. Also, it is worth knowing that in most cases, it is true that the gamblers have two or more accounts. This one can be different but out of 100% of such cases, 99.99 to 100% cases found that the gamblers are truly guilty. I think this will not be different.

If possible you can further your issue on casino.guru and check if you can get response. Alternatively, you can use Askgamblers for the complaints. Also you can try to use a gambling site that has announcement thread on this forum because there are cases that the official account of the gambling site on this forum will comment if he see someone complaining about their gambling site on this forum. I can recommend Stake.com. But make sure that you do not have two accounts. Do not share your IP address (sim or router) and device with another person that is gambling on Stake.

Only the rules 3 is about multiple account. There are several things mentioned related to cheating, criminal or fraudulent activity in the rule number 9. They mentioned about forfeiting deposits and winnings on that rule. The email support has said that the decision was taken by following your betting activity:



We don't have any way to verify why they blocked your account exactly. You should submit a complaint on Askgamblers as your issue is related to sports betting. It is rare to see a casino to confiscate the deposited funds too. I can see similar types of complaints (based on rules 3 and 9) on Askgamblers against them. And the outcome of the complaints was in favour of Betplays.com most of the time. As example:

• BetPlays Casino - Output 1100 since September 16th
• BetPlays Casino - Does not withdraw money after 8 days

I never meant that the issue could be solved here in the forum, what I meant when I said "There is not much we can do" is that we can't contact their representative(since they don't have one) and ask them to address the scam accusation here. anyway, yeah, his best option is to go to the websites I mentioned and let them mediate the issue and hopefully get the issue resolved if it is proven that he didn't break any of the casino's terms and conditions.
