Hey. I got a invite from a scam/fake air-drop its not the real team behind it of course.  
They pretend to giving away like $40 + $25 for every person you invite, but I think they just farming members in the TG group to use it for something else in the future, its not possible to giving away this kind of amount to that many people its just ridiculous that people even fall for it. SO if you got invited by them or anything, just ignore and block it and be very careful!

It is possible if they are giving that amount of dollars in their worthless tokens/coins, which I guess they are doing.

Anyway, if they are doin this to increase their numbers across social media, there are much easier and cheaper ways to do it, without getting your telegram account tagged for scam.

Learn to avoid any offer that seems to good to be true, use a new wallet, don't click on any external links or download unknown apps, if all these conditions are met then you can risk your Tor IP address.

Sometimes you may not be able to withdraw until you complete certain conditions such as completing KYC, some tasks or anything that can generate income for these scammers and still you may not be able to withdraw.

First, there is no Airdrop for the Hooked project, they did not launch it, and they do not have a bot on Telegram, which is confirmed by their official links [here]. If someone follows their official groups, it will be easy to uncover that scammers are creating these bots, channels, and groups that impersonate the official name and logo of the project and other projects, luring victims with these amounts through fake airdrops simply to deceive people and steal their wallets.

It is worth noting that there are many scam bots and channels for the HOOKED project on Telegram ^Talkimg, so doing research is essential for anyone when it comes to engaging in an airdrop, as these scammers will rely on the popularity of Telegram bots to spread their scams through phishing sites and similar methods.

Telegram scams are not going away, there will always be scammers luring you with lucrative offers, so if they send you the first DM then make sure it's a scam.

There was a time when I asked a question on the official Telegram... Not long after several people DM me for the purpose of helping on behalf of Support... Shit like this is always there peeping at us.

I am always vigilant about the person who DMs first will remain suspicious.

I do not like Telegram but based on the picture, I think that they are doing a good job in labelling these scam channels. As long as they receive a lot of report and verifies it, they will have to warn the users about them being a scam with that red mark on the side. Good job OP too.
