Adoption of bitcoin will happen naturally when it becomes a better option than what is at play. It will not be sustainable to persuade people to adopt bitcoin rather it should be something seen as a welcomed development and a huge relief to people hence the choice of that over other means of payment systems. This therefore, call for more innovation that will address the challenges faced by people in various sectors and how bitcoin can be a solution to them. Such innovation is what will motivate people to adopt bitcoin.

You don't need to force you to do it. People who want to be influencers, get income from affiliate links and earnings will do it. There are some people who have been contributing to Bitcoin adoption through their books, courses, Youtube videos, blog posts like Andreas Antonopoulos and Jameson Lopp, more people are doing this.

Forcing yourself to do this, including a physical attack risk too. If you can not afford against this threat, don't force yourself to do things that are risky for your life.

Investing in bitcoin doesn't mean adopting it. When I think about bitcoin adoption I think about people buying stuff with it. I think investing is part of the adoption, but not the same.

It kind of depends on what Bitcoin's primary use case will be, doesn't it? I think this isn't fully answered yet. If most of the people around the world deem Bitcoin a value preservation tool rather than a currency for daily usage, the number of people using Bitcoin to preserve value could be reasonably reflective of the adoption rate. Since I am still not sure what Bitcoin will be one day, adoption could be best measured by the people owning it perhaps even when they don't use it on a regular basis to do transactions.

But I get where you are coming from. I'd usually see it the same way as you do, but since the intention of the majority of the people buying it might primarily be investing it it, I think that for the time being it is a good indicator for adoption.

This doesn't exclude the possibility that soon the actual usage, the day to day transaction volume for sales and purchases of things other than Bitcoin itself could be the superior indicator for adoption. But I find your statement correct that investing and adoption is not the same, good point.

We cannot persuade people to believe on everything what we tell to them, since people have this skeptical thoughts towards risky things introduce to them so most provably they won't entertain the new information we tell and to bad if it create some bad thoughts that we are trying to scam them since we are introducing a new investments matters to them.

That's why I don't usually discuss about bitcoin investment matter or any related activities about it since don't want to receive negative approach towards what we are discussing to them. It's the same thing that came to my mind when I read that line. Op is mistaken advice and restriction. There is no law that forbid someone from making bitcoin investments discussion but there is a general advice to be careful having such discussion with random people because of dangers involved. Moreover, this is not only applicable to bitcoin alone but to every other investment. On a norms, not everyone deserves to know about your investment unless you trust them perhaps they might probably want to invest too. Bitcoin has gained exposure that it needed and adoption is also on the increase since many platforms are beginning to add it to their payment method. It is common to see people persuade others to invest in some shitcoins or Ponzi scheme so that they can get referral benefits. Well said here, bitcoin has left that level where it should have needed some kinda persuasion for people to consider investing in it. It's mostly new coins that enters the market that needs all those publicity and all that because they are literally not known by so many people. A good market sells itself so that is what bitcoin is and that is the reason why it is the most valuable coin so far and more people are getting to acquire it on a daily basis regardless of the price. Bitcoin has been invented for more than a decade now and it has conquered criticisms and market pressure and has stood strong all these years so i don't think we need any form of conviction anymore, we have passed that stage of trying to lure people to invest.
