1xbit lock my account and not give me withdraw deposits, and winnings 2000 USDT!

Hello to all, any 1xbit moderator here security? I think this is missunderstanding and you made some mistake with my account with blocking login, and not giving me back my deposits money.
i am costumer of you and I have created account yesterday 16.10.2024, made 3 deposits of total 721.07 in usdt trc 20 currency crypto. I have bet whole day and lost many games, and then i won some tickets and when I went to withdraw page it said no payment menthds. I have contacted security of 1xbit and they log me out from account and blocked login, and wait them 15 hours to respond to me and write that they close my account. How you can close my account without give me back my deposits ? Because I have never made any withdrawal from the account, i have only 3 deposits and not a single withdrawal, and have over 2000 usdt in my account. Please look at my account and unblock my account and give me back my deposit at least to withdrawal, because they are my money and please not take from me my money i deposit.

I don't know why gamblers still fall into the scamming hand of 1xbits and it core hunts, their are known scam casino who selectively scamming their customers, this casino should be avoided at all cost, and if you are active in this forum and on the gambling board and even reputation and scam accusations board in this forum you should have come across various cases of 1xbits and it cooperative partners, like 1xbet.

So mate you just have to move on and consider your money gone, because 1xbit won't respond to you and you case will be left on treated.

I don't like to shoot your hope but the truth is they will not, they are not going to come down here to address this  issue, they are the number one scam casino in the industry, we so many complaint here about 1xbit, and there was a time that this section were full of reports about 1xbit non payment.
Its been a while since I read about 1xbit report here and  many have thought that bad reports have stopped people from playing here, but because of massive advertisement of their bonus they still attract newbies.
They can only attract new gamblers because old gamblers are fully aware of their bad reputation in the gambling industry.
I just hope the next complaint will take a year; its hard to stop this scam 1XBIT because of their massive advertising allocation.

Because that casino and group have put a lot of money into advertising even on main stream media and even having partnerships with major leagues and clubs, so it would only be natural that people easily fall for them if they didn't any research.

There have been no complaints from victims of this casino here on the forum for a long time. Although there are a lot of such complaints here. However, amazingly, people find the forum after their tragedy of deception. Why not take an interest in the reputation before making deposits?

Every once in a while, the complaints come up in their thread in the gambling board, though the frequency has significantly reduced. I think the victims try to look for forums or media where a service is very active for them to complain in hope that they will be compelled to resolve the issue ASAP or else the reputation is at stake. Fortunately for the forum, the gave up on advertising here a while back.

Thing is, 1xbit is known as a scam only here on bitcointalk and a maybe few more specialized places. Everywhere else they are just another popular betting place that is spending shit load of money on marketing. So, if someone new googles "is 1xbit legit", he will get bunch of paid articles and paid reviews, therefore registering without second thought.

Only when they get scammed, people start digging deeper which often takes them to this place.

Nah, they will never ever improve since the jig is up anyway, almost all people know not to deal with this side.
I think by now their reputation precedes them because basically everywhere you look (here, reddit, trustpilot, casinoguru, etc) there are the warnings and accusations from scammed customers.
So it's actually hard for this scam site to still find new prey but as this case shows us, it occasionally still happens, also because this site still promotes with banners and all the usual stuff on many site. I occasionally see these banners and always think "hopefully nobody will fall for this shxt". Well, some still do, which is really sad.

maybe, but my guess is they probably just don't visit the forum and only visit and post on forums/platforms that are very popular and well-known to other gamblers when they encounter issues with 1xbit.

Sadly, nothing can be done. 1xBit is one of the worst online casinos you can play in and there are numerous cases of scams from this brand recorded here on Bitcointalk. Your name will just be added to an ever-growing list and that's that. At one point in the past, there was a 1xBit forum representative here who was pretending or perhaps trying (but I doubt it) to solve certain cases but that didn't go so well. I wish you had performed due diligence before you deposited your money into this casino.
