For an investor with so much knowledge should know this token will go no where, not just Trump including those wealthy men with fame use their great influence to promote different tokens for their gains. Trump didn’t just accept bitcoin rather creating a coin will make things look more easier professing his love for crypto, honestly I’m not against all this but I will blame crypto investors holding this coin, why hold a coin that’s not guarantee or will this coin ever generate so much huge profit. From past experience, I studied about wealthy men and their tokens yet it seems like they just create and dump after some time, it might be right since Trump name is included the adoption rate will increase but this coin can’t be compared with bitcoin.

Was there ever any talk of it competing with bitcoin, i am sure there wasn't. It is just a shitcoin like many other shitcoins out there in the market, i don't think there was much hype around it, because i haven't heard about this coin before this thread. The thing is people will buy anything in the hopes of getting lucky and making money out of it, the sad reality is that 9.9 times out of 10, they lose their money and waste their time.

You've already answered your own question, the fundraising isn't that much of a success for it to be a bitcoin contender.
bitcoin on the other hand is still going strong even raising its dominance toward alts and also will retouch latest ATH which is $74k.

I think people also know that WLFI won't be as big as bitcoin, the platform itself trying to compete with AAVE so this comparation of WLFI vs Bitcoin is rather unfounded.

It is only Satoshi that created bitcoin to relief the people from government financial oppression i.e Satoshi understands that there is big manipulation with fiat and it gives the government more power over the people. Satoshi saved the world from this with his good heart and love for people to be financial free. Different projects can be considered to have good or bad intentions.
Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't, what is certain is BTC, of course.

All the coins, in fact, can compete with BTC - but no coin would be able to be bigger in scale than BTC.

Compete how? And this is not a coin, it's a locked token build on ethereum. Ethereum is a coin, this is a token. This is just a fund raiser for trump family, because tokens will be non-transfereable, so you aren't selling them with a profit in open market later on.

Non-Transferable. All $WLFI will be non-transferable and locked indefinitely in a wallet or smart contract. You should think of your purchase of Tokens like other non-refundable purchases of goods and services and accept the risk that once you've paid the purchase price, your interest in the Token may decline and you have no expectation of resale of the Token. Any purported transfer in violations of transfer restrictions will be null and void by the Company, and the Company reserves the right to take action against any purported transfers. And one funny scenario of this is that technically you could be seen as partially liable for any wrong doing of wlfi, just by buying the tokens. I was more concerned on the thread subject! I am sure 99.99% Trump supporters didn't ever dream of completing with Bitcoin. Till date millions of coins were launched and a lot of them are technically better than Bitcoin. Still no coin was able to dethrone Bitcoin even by a bit. How on earth you thought Trump is even dreaming of competing with Bitcoin!

Trump has been greedy all his life; he will not become one of America's rich men if he is not that greedy so greedy that he wants the presidency for the second time even though he suffered a humiliating as the first president to lose in a re election.
The 12.9 million raised are all coming from his die hard supporters. A true investor will not even invest in that shitcoin given how the allocation proceeded. There are so many greedy developers but the Trumps can beat them all with that kind of percentage Most developers agreed to take 20% the highest, but 75% of the revenue is just too much.

This type of shitcoin only ever ends up one way, with the devs & initial supply owners getting rich dumping on newbies. You could get lucky by buying early & riding the hype for a bit but it has no real world utility & no use case. Even if there was lots of demand it would only be a pump & dump for Trump & co.
