I am a big stakes sports bettor from China, I signed up with rollbit on October 6th and I even reached Platinum 4 in just a few days.
Rollbit had always given me a very good impression before today, with very fast withdrawals and a very good website experience. Because of this good experience I even bought rollbot nft for $3000.
I'm even in the top 10 of rollbit's daily tournaments basically every day.
I have also completed KYC Level 3 certification before withdrawing money today.
However, when I made a withdrawal of $6,666 today, they told me to contact online customer service.
After 10 hours of waiting I was sent the following: 'Thanks for your patience here. To proceed, can you please list the other accounts that you've had on Rollbit?'.
I informed them this is my only account, I have never used rollbit before. I insisted this was the case, however since this they will not communicate with me and keep prompting the same message. I have told them this is causing me large amounts of stress and they will not acknowledge anything I have to say. I just get the same message copied and pasted to me about having other accounts which don't exist.

I have tried and tried to have a conversation or speak to a manager, they just ignore me. Clearly an easy way for them to avoid paying me by accusing me of something I have not done without even giving me a reason or a conversation about what they're accusing me of.
I like this website so much that I even told my friends that I found a treasure-level cryptocurrency sports betting website, the kind with top credibility. China is full of fraudulent gambling websites. I thought Rollbit was not like that, but it really made me disappointed and sad. I want to get my money back. I currently have 15,000 US dollars in my account. But I hope that rollbit can maintain the previous image in my mind. I really like this website. I even studied their rollbit coin and prepared to invest. Hey, I hope the problem can be solved.

Can't Rollbit see in thier data which else accounts he is using?  Because to me, it looks like Rollbit is fishing info from this man to give away his 2nd account which he claimed he doesn't have.

Of course, I could be wrong but if Rollbit has info about his 2nd account, just say it already that he has and accuse him already.
As usual, this could end in giving back the money he deposited and not the amount he won if they stick to accusing him he has another account.

I hope you consider chaging your topic’s title because accusing the casino of being a scam won’t help you resolve your issue if you want their team to assist you here. It’s understandable how stressful this situation is especially when the amount is significant for you. However, reaching Platinum 4 status and purchasing a Rollbot NFT may not help you if you really broke their rules and conditions.
Here, it seems they are stuck on the issue of potential multiple accounts. While you have made it clear that this is your only account, continuing to respectfully clearing on the situation may push the team to investigate more. Ask them specifically what led to their suspicion of having multiple accounts? and send them any proof you can provide to clear up the misunderstanding.

I hope this gets sorted out soon, but focusing on messaging their support without direct accusations. Rollbit has representatives and if they saw your topic with a respectable topic asking for more help, they may assit you to fix any mistakes if you really didn’t have another account, or someone with the same IP could open another account such as family or friends in your house.

Thank you, I have changed the topic of the post and I can cooperate with rollbit to do any multi-account surveys. No one around me uses rollbit, as I said before because rollbit does not have Chinese support. No one else is using my device and IP, I can be 100% sure. They didn’t even know what rollbit was. After I recommended it to them, they gave up because I told them there was no Chinese support.

I guess this will just be one of those where the complainant says their "truth" and the casino says theirs, to be honest when this happens a mediator is needed.

just curious, have you ever used a VPN when accessing their casino? there have been instances on the forum where the complainant got their account linked to other accounts because they were using a VPN to access the casino.

You said that no one around you use Rollbit as it doesn't support Chinese and if that's true then how could you access it and play on it when you're also from China? Were you telling about Chinese language or citizens from China? You should say it in detail so others can understand. If it doesn't allow people from China to gamble on their site and you can use it then there's chance that someone close to you might also be able to use it by using some kind of webpage translation tools if Chinese language isn't available.

Then in that case it's better to continue asking their customer support and requesting them to hear you, and if they have an official representative on this forum then you might contact him/her as well. As far as I know, the Rollbit's signature campaign is managed by HHampuz, and if he can somehow send some message to the official representative of the Rollbit then that might be helpful. I hope your issue will get solved soon as Rollbit is a reputed casino.

I know everything you said, but China is not on rollbit's banned list. I have done sufficient research before using this website. This is rollbit’s list of restricted countries.

If that's the case then you might get some support because they allowed you to withdraw your funds in past then they might allow you once again, however, there's chance that they might not allow you to withdraw the funds. I believe if you haven't used any other accounts or someone from your home hasn't used some account on their site then there's high chance that you might get your withdrawal.

From past experience, casinos usually already have the list, they spent a lot of money on detection algorithm, so they know what usernames shared similar details. The reason they asked their player to list the name is not to fish info, rather to give a solution in form of allowing the user to keep one account or to refund the remaining balance tied to that account [suppose they're in an overall loss] and to ban the rest.
